About the Author

Sandra has been writing poems and short stories since middle school, and writing full length, self-published novels since 2010, using several pen names.

Writing full-length steamy romance series has quickly become a love for this author. Her stories have elements of humor, family issues, suspense and personal growth. Her books take the reader right into the bedroom with the characters to feel the same intensity as the lovers do in the story. Sandra's goal is to have the reader rooting for the main couple...and she doesn't disappoint.

You'll find this author working out weekday mornings at ungodly hours. She's gluten and dairy free, and is probably the only person on earth who doesn't do coffee or chocolate.

Her favorite movie is Bohemian Rhapsody, her favorite tv shows are Friends and The Connors. She's also a die-hard Rocky fan and has read the Fifty Shades trilogy and watched the movies more times than she cares to admit.

Sandra is married with two daughters and is a lover of all things four-legged, including her own two furbabies.

The Ford Brothers series focuses on five swoon-worthy brothers who each served in the military, and lost their billionaire father suddenly, which left them to run his airline after his death. Each book features one brother, but they make appearances in all five novels. In case you haven't guessed, the titles in the Ford Brothers series have been inspired by hazard warning signs, an idea the author came up with after completing a health and safety course prior to starting the series.

The Miles for Love series is about unexpected love, and it features the Lynch family; four brothers and one sister, who are each passionate, imperfect, and are just like you and I...but way sexier and with much more interesting lives. They are very individual and each have a unique story to tell.

What a great story! I loved the character development shown, as we gradually learned more about each character through multiple perspectives. The contrasting personalities of the two main characters, with the musician and the lawyer, was an intriguing combination of personality traits. The plot was filled with suspense, passion, and heart-warming moments. There were a number of wording issues here and there that I noticed. There was also one instance where the incorrect name was used. These errors disrupted the flow of my reading, however, they did not detract from the excellent story. Sandra Alex's writing style contains numerous moments infused with humor and sarcastic expressions that made me laugh out loud. Enter at Your Own Risk is the second book in the Ford Brothers series, and chapter by chapter I became more and more hooked on the series. I can't wait to see where the other Ford brother's stories will go.

Wade & Kendra clash from the beginning. Wade's flippant attitude hides insecurities as he works hard to prove his talent. Kendra is a great balance and encourages him to believe in himself, even while she struggles with her own issues. Well developed characters. Story flows well. Brilliant Read...

Thoroughly enjoyed this story. Very easy to sink into this book I have to say which was a huge plus.

Had a chuckle with how Wade and Kendra met and instantly hated each other. What a great way to start their story lol.

I loved Wade. Thought he was a lovely character and all his great traits showed throughout this story. His love for his brothers and especially their banter between them was fun to read.

Kendra was hard nosed to start with but why she was that way was understandable. Needless to say she quickly thored out which was grest. Then she became this fun loving vixen which i enjoyed reading

Wade and Kendras chemistry jumped off the page it was that electric. Their sexy time was hot AF to read. The story flowed well and it was just an enjoyable story to read.

All the secondary characters were great and added to this overall great read.

As this is my first book of the Ford Brothers series so I need to go back and read the others. I think i have been bitten by the Sandra Alex bug!!!

Warming: steamy sex scenes abound in this one! Wade and Kendra hate each other when they first meet. But, as fate throws them together multiple times, the fall in love. Wade is the sweetest and I just love the song he sings for Kendra at the end!

I was lucky enough to receive a review copy of this book from Voracious Readers. I enjoyed it and thought it was a sweet romance with likeable characters. This is the second Ford Brothers book I have read and can’t wait to get stuck into the next. I would highly recommend this book if you’re looking for a sweet HEA story.

This is my 1st read and review for this author and what a fantastic story and I look forward to reading more from this author. Booksie goes to a strip joint after playing paintball with her friends she doesn’t want to go because she has a boyfriend at home but Jenny says it’s my car so Booksie has no choice. After a couple of wines Booksie is hollering at the strippers and the girls look at each other then they dare her to take one of the guys into the VIP room so Booksie grabs the fireman and he takes her up there and for awhile she forgets that she has a boyfriend home they kiss and talk. Booksie goes home but the house is dark and quiet she’s home two hours early and she’s horny but what she finds in the bedroom is not what she expected because Mark her boyfriend is having sex with another woman so Booksie throws a lit candle at him then she leaves. Wade is a rock and roll singer he and his band are at a bar they have to pay their dues but Wade can’t wait until he’s rich and famous. A bunch of girls walk into the bar and one girl has a sash that says bride to be they all go and sit in the corner and they are giving him the eyes accept for one girl. A red head is unimpressed and she just rolls her eyes then she gets up to go to the bathroom she looks at Wade and he winks at her but she gives him such a sour look, when Wade comes out of the bathroom as well he bumps into the red head but things don’t go well even though he apologises this woman goes off at him and Wade thinks that she is a psycho then Wade’s brother Jack says that you will be married to her in 6 months. That is just the beginning of this fantastic story I loved it and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

This is the first book i've read from this author and I must say it did not disappoint! I look forward to reading more books from Sandra Alex, more so her books on the Ford Brothers. This is a very well written novella about a down on his luck musician, and a soon to be lawyer who is also going through a low spell. See what happens when these two come across each others path. The characters are all well written and very engaging, not only the primary M/F leads (Wade & Kendra) but the supports as well. The emotions that Sandra Alex is able to convey to them are stunning, raw, and real. It is easy to get drawn into this book from the very first page, and keep reading through the very last word wanting to prolong your engagement. It is far from love at first sight, more like hate. But they say there is a thin line between love and hate. Can these 2 cross that line and burn off some of that frusteration in creative (and steamy) ways. Read this one for yourself and find out; definately recommended!

** So glad there are more in the series, and hopefully we keep up with what happens between these 2.

This is the second book in the Ford Brothers series. I did read the first book, that was Colton and Julia's story. This book is Ward and Kendra's story. Wade is a wild child, rebel however, you want to categorize him but the end result is that he does not inherit his share of the Ford empire until he meets a few requirements. He continues to sing his heart out at the local bar but is looking for change. Kendra has failed the bar exam, ugh. Life is not being kind to her right now and she is doing pro bono cases at the law firm. Now she finds Ward as her client, these two met and fought at Kendra's best friend's bachelorette party. Can these two put aside their differences to benefit each other? Can the truth be told without further angst between these two?

I really truly enjoyed this book. Usually i read these with a few eye rolls and just know its going to be predictable but this story was very sweet and different. This story started out with the characters hating each other, but they were both going through rough patches in their lives. As they begin to understand each other they fall in love. It is a really sexy read and interaction chemistry is super hot! I can't wait to read the next book by this author.

This book was a great read! I loved the main characters and how they were able to deal with what life threw at them. Sexual situations that were steamy and hott! Relatable heroine. I wanted to cheer for them as a couple. Bridezilla was funny too!
