Quick easy to the point
5 star due to a quick and understandable read, that way you van easily reread . I liked it quite a bit, gives good instructions and I like how you are advised to do self hypnosis first.

Was ok but not for beginners
I must say the book was interesting bu
t not at all what I expected. I mean IDK if it's because I'm just a beginner or if this book ust didn't give me clear enough instructions. Really interesting thing though

Okay
I'm not sure I will try this script, but I'm not exactly thinking that I won't, either. As with just about any hypnosis script, one can make some changes as one sees fit.

Perhaps the self is the best journey decided upon, then to share maybe, to use even better.
