Oh please just stop! Stop writing this kind of excuse for a human being as if they were worth a second thought! Stop writing this type of cliche as if it were something worth reading. My Gosh, is there nothing different to be written ???? Always the same crap as always ??? The guy spends 10 years fucking all the women around because of course he loves her and it's for her own good! And of course SHE REMAIN VIRGIN why? Oh yes, because the only good idea for these authors nowdays is to write pathetic female characters without the slightest self-respect. And the icing on the cake? Yes, she gives him her virginity right after she was beaten by his boss while he stood there doing NOTHING! Please, if you have nothing good or new to write just don't do it! There are already a lot of people out there who claim to be writers but they are just a waste of time.

“You haven’t slept with anyone because you didn’t care about them that way. And I… well I have. I’ve been with women I didn’t care about. When they’d had their fill they wanted to be left alone. I’m not proud of it, but it’s the truth,” he said and Eliana tried to swallow her jealousy. “I’m not good at intimacy I guess. I honestly thought it would be best if I let you sleep.”

OMG!! What a Cliffhanger!!

And so the story continues from Rough Start. After reading Rough Start I had no idea where Rough Ride was going to go but let me tell you this author took me on another ride with Kye and Eliana that I won’t soon forget.

There is so much more that happens in this story and I don’t want to ruin it for anyone but the suspense, twists and turns took me on one h*ll of ride!! These characters are both damaged but nothing can be more messed up than what the Screaming Demons Prez has been up to. Kye is to take over and he wants changes to be made but Max can’t know about it or he will be passed over to continue Max’s legacy. The connection only gets hotter between Kye and Eliana as well.

I definitely cannot wait to see what this author is going to throw at me next…but I’m more than ready for it. So bring it!!!

You HAVE to get your hands on this as well as READ Rough Start first! This is the second book in the series and let me tell you. I finished the ARC for Rough Ride... All I can say is: WHAT THE EVER LOVING HELL???? WHY did THAT have to happen??? *tears running down my cheeks* Yeah, I know it's only a book, but I got so lost in it that I just didn't think that this was going to happen. When do we get our grubby little eyes (instead of hands, LOL) on the next book?

So engrossed in this series. This is one of the few I continue reading when author has a habit of using cliffhangers. Usually prefer HEA at end of book with 2nd ook in series continue with same characters & new challenges & intrigue. Will go.to book 3 this time only because I'm invested in see the conclusion. WOW!!! Rough Ride by Summer Cooper continues where Rough Start left off. After 10 years apart, Kye has never stopped loving her and he has been looking after Eliana who has become a successful lawyer, Kye always keeping his distance to keep her safe but never stopped loving her. Now on orders from Max who is dying he has to bring Eliana back to pay off her father's betrayal and debt as Max has known all along where Eliana has been hiding. What transpires between these two when she is bought to Max is terrifying as Max and his thugs are brutal towards her and threatens her if she doesn't work for him to get the men Max wants out of prison. Through all of these threats and chaos, both Kye and Eliana become aware that Eliana will never be safe from Max's threats and when she completes all of the legal issues he orders her to do , in the end she knows he will have her killed. Now Kye and Eliana after all of the years apart give into the passion, desire and love they have felt all these years, and now Kye is planning with help from friends to keep her safe and get her away. But plans are changing, as Max has his own test he presents to Kye kill Eliana to prove his loyalty or both will die. Can Kye do it? But when news is brought to his attention regarding Eliana's welfare, is all lost? Summer Cooper has taken her readers on one hell of an emotional ride with this story that is filled with dread, anxiety, danger and love. Now we are left with hearts beating to see what is going to happen next! I voluntarily reviewed an advanced copy of this book.

This is the second book in the series & the amazingly well-done continuation of the story from “Rough Start: Screaming Demons MC # 1” into this book “Rough Ride: Screaming Demons MC #2” is smooth & flawless. The suspenseful, intrigue will definitely keep the reader’s interest until the last page is turned. The plot is well-paced & full of unexpected situations & events. The complex characters are quite unique with their individuality & are emotionally damaged to a certain extent but there is chemistry between them although one of them is quite bitter & distrustful while the other character is rather regretful about his actions.
There is: a female attorney (Eliana aka Eli) has inherited a debt her father owed after he passed away & is confronted by her old love & MC rider (Kye) who informs her of this debt, a manipulative MC president (Max), a MC rider with plans (Grier), MC riders, drugs, human trafficking, twists & turns, drama, suspense, secrets, mystery, blackmail, discovery, deceit, betrayal, defiance, threats, danger, violence, conflict, emotional turmoil, fear, manipulations, vulnerability, warnings, sarcasm, verbal conflict, contempt, disagreements, resignation, retaliation, physical abuse, explanations, choices & a decision, sadly this book does end in a cliffhanger & I look forward to the next book with great anticipation.

Eliana now a lawyer is forced back home after her father’s death. Unfortunately Eliana’s father was indebted to Max the President of the Screaming Demons. Now that he is dead the debt becomes Eliana’s and Max is determined to make her pay. Eliana must use her skills to free two club members who have been convicted of murder or die. Can Kye save Eliana before Max has her killed? Will Kye be the one to pull the trigger to prove his loyalty to the club? Rough Ride is a fast paced, hard hitting, all consuming, action packed tale that will capture your imagination and hold it until the last word. I was so intrigued by this addictive story that I couldn’t put the book down until the end. I am still desperately waiting on pins and needles for the next installment to see how this dramatic tale unfolds.

This is the second installment into this series.

Elaina is being force to work for Max in getting his people out of jail. If she doesn't he said that he'll kill her but she knows that it'll never really end for her in a good way either way. Kye still loves her and tries to protect her but there's only so much he can do at the moment. She starts getting people out but is getting frustrated because she's had to give up everything she worked for due to being forced to work her father's debt off. When one of the club members comes and tells her that Kye's loyalty is going to come into question. It'll come down to her or Kye and he tells her that maybe she should think of someone other than herself for once. Then she looks at his hand and he holds a gun out to her. What will Elaina do? Can Kye save them both?

This is a roller-coaster ride of a story. Once I started it I couldn't put it down. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Oh Ms. Cooper, you have completely compelled me. I am 100% engrossed in Kye & Elaina. If I was not a fan before, I certainly would be now after this release.

First and foremost, congratulations to Ms. Cooper. This MC release is definitely the stuff of dreams. Here we have two souls, that need one another, just to make it through their horrific life. Each, has a reason for bitterness, but find comfort and love with & in one another. Emotional connection with chemistry to spare? Oh, yes. Dramatic scenarios, yes. A must read all encompassing release? Definitely. I am completely hooked. You have got to devour this impressive release ASAP.

I was beyond fortunate to have requested an advanced readers copy of Rough Ride in exchange for my honest and voluntarily given opinion. If ever there was an Author who deserves for her work to be praised, it is Ms. Cooper.

I can not wait to see what is next for Kye and Elaina.

This is the 2nd Book in the Screaming Demons MC series and totally addictive! Book 1 left us wondering what was next with Kye and Elaina and what we got was worth the wait. The story becomes more twisted and surprises around every corner. The sexual tension between these two is off the chart and with each page turned we are wondering if they will ever get their special night. Now for the bad news, the wonderful writing of Summer Cooper and Sienna Chance has left us breathless and hungry for more answers as this book ends in another breathtaking, suspenseful cliffhanger where we don't know whether there will be an HEA for Kye and Elaina. I won't leak what the cliffhanger is but I know I was unable to stop each and every page turn hoping to get the answers that I can only hope will be in the next book. Can't wait!!

i read this book as part of an arc program. This is the second book in the Screaming Demons MC series. In this book, we pick up with Kye having kidnapped Eliana so she can work as a lawyer to get other members of the MC out of jail for Max, the MC president. Kye wants to protect Eliana and considers her to be his, but he also knows if he shows how much he cares for her, Max will kill her then him. Kye knows Max is getting a little desperate because he is sick and he doesn't want to be thought of as weak. Eliana just wants to finish the work Max has and she wants to go home, but she feels like that is not going to happen. I loved this book, i loved the continuing story of Eliana and Kye. I think they both still loved the other, even though they were apart for ten years. Kye would do anything to protect Eliana and i think she is starting to trust he will keep her alive. I look forward to reading more.

I could not put this book down until I was done. I was hooked right from the beginning. The story and characters are great. This starts right where the first book stopped. Eli is going back home with Kye to Pine Falls. She doesn’t want to, but it’s either this or die. This has more suspense, action and twists in this book. Kye and Eli are getting closer again, but could it be their undoing. You can tell they still have feelings for each other and that Kye never stopped loving her. Their connection becomes stronger and stronger and their chemistry is explosively hot. What will happen when Eli is done doing what Max wants her to do? Kye has promised he will protect Eli and keep her alive no matter what. The twists had me gasping and the end had me shocked and going WTH!? This is such a good story and I love Kye and Eli. I can’t wait to read more.

Eli (Eliana) and Kye’s story has suspense, torment, betrayal, and lots of twists and turns. You will not see the way the books end in a cliffhanger. At least, I didn’t see that one coming. Now, I need to read the third book in this series to find out if Kye has lost the love of his life. Eli may not understand what Kye has been doing for the last 10 years instead of running away with her all those years ago. She may never forgive him. Kye will do anything for Eli to protect her. Even though everything that has been happening to her by Max seems Kye is not to be trusted or protecting her as promised. Eli was dragged back into Kye life after her father passed away. Supposedly, she owes a debt to Demons MC thanks to her father’s betrayal. This debt may never be erased. Will Eli be willing to die in order to save Kye? This is book 2 in the Screaming Demons MC series and we are back with Kye and Eliana. Max has called in her deceased father’s 10 year old debt. Since she’s an attorney now, he has a few club members he wants out of jail as repayment of the debt. Kye is there to make sure she does what Max wants. The more time they spend together, the closer they get and the more heated things get. It’s very interesting to see where his loyalties REALLY lie.

This story is fast-paced and full of action! You don’t really know who’s friend or foe. It’s also got some pretty twisted characters in it. The suspense has you on the edge of your seat until the last word, which ends in another nail-biting cliffhanger. I can’t wait!

Please tell me what I think happened didn’t really happen, otherwise I very well might just break down and cry. Kye and Eli have been reunited after a decade apart and while they are coming to terms with the past and planning a future together, secrets are coming to light about the Screaming Demons. With danger lurking at every turn Kye and Eli are in a race against time literally to save themselves from Max the president of the Screaming Demons M.C. Rough Ride is a nail biting sequel with twists and danger and an unexpected cliff hanger that will leave readers reeling. I loved this new book and I’m anxiously waiting for the release of the next book.

This is the next book in the series about Kye and Eliana how he has loved her and watched over her for 10 years and still does even though he cannot show her how he feels because it will cost him. Max the president of the club Screaming Demons wants her to save his club members because she is a lawyer and she has to pay off her dead fathers debt to him. With Max dragging her back in to the clubs life Kye struggles to keep her safe after she is no longer required and he is ordered to kill her. With the chemistry between them of the charts that they finally give in a share a wonderful night. How can Kye keep Eliana and himself safe from everyone. This book leaves you on a cliffhanger like the first one witch I’m not a fan of but I find myself hanging for the next book.

Garbage

Don’t really know why I’m continuing to read the series. It’s full of contradictory feelings and actions that are obnoxious. Side note I hate that the female’s name has been shortened to Eli and every time I read it I think of the male name Pronounced Eee- lie. Instead of Ellie which I wish the author wrote it as ellie. Super obnoxious. I’m also pretty sick and tired of the constant back and forth and then finding out the MC deals in human trafficking...? I like my MC books but I can’t stand the ones that deal in human trafficking with not any true solid leaders at this time trying to abolish it. And it’s a tad unbelievable that the main male lead didn’t know about this but was expected to take over 🧐.

I received the ARC from Bad Boy Update. WHOA! The action and drama ramps up in book 2!! Kye is trying to balance his position in the MC and Eliana's safety. Eliana can't resist the only man she has every truly loved, even though she knows her time is running out with Max. As she does the works he demands, she slowly begins to suspect there is more to what Max, and the MC is doing. Kye is only responsible for a portion of the MC business and poking his nose where it doens't belong will get them both killed. Kye has a plan, he just needs some more time, and he needs Eliana to trust him....SOOO GOOD!! I'm on the edge of my seat for the next book!

Kye and Eliana find themselves under Max’s ruthless thumb. Eliana is ordered to get some of the club’s guys out of prison or she forfeits her life. Kye thought everything was somewhat under control but Max’s manipulations aren’t over and has a final test for Kye. One that may just break him.

This book was incredible! I loved the first book and the emotional roller coaster it put me on, but this book was all of that magnified by 10! Between the steam coming out of my device and my heart pounding in both anxiety and fear over these characters, I wasn’t sure either of us would make it unscathed after reading this book!

Roller Coaster of a Ride for Sure.

Heart breaking, Emotional with twists and turns ahead and around every corner. Where will Kye's loyalties lie, will they be with the love of his life Eliana or with Max who took him in as part of a family of motorcycle crazies? This second book will have you on the edge of your seat and leave you hanging with fingers crossed. This had me hooked the minute I started reading and did not put it down until it was finished. Can't wait until book three to see what is going to happen, Max and his creepy cronies need to go.

The story continues with book 2 in the Screaming Demons MC series! Wow what a story it was! After reading Rough Ride(Book 1) I never expected what I got in Rough Ride( Book 2)! With all the drama, suspense, danger, secrets, mystery, deceit, betrayal and enough twists and turns you’re left wondering what’s going to happen next! Rough Ride ends in a heart stopping cliffhanger that leaves you wondering if Kye and Elaina will get their HEA. I look so forward to the next book in this series! I hope we get the answers we’re looking for!

This is a continuation of rough start and omg I absolutely loved reading the twists and suspense that is the life of kye and Eli. The writing is just as brilliant, it hooks you in and you feel for them both. I thoroughly recommend this book. The attention to detail is amazing. This book also ends on a cliffhanger, hopefully we won’t have to wait long for the next book. She says typing with fingers crossed 🤞🏽!well done to the authors, this book and story have caused me sleepless nights. Kye and Eli deserve a happy ending.

Got me good and hooked...

Oh my god are you freaking serious?!
These cliff-hangers are gonna kill me.
They make me so happy while at the same time torturing me.
Eliana and Kye have grown so much in the past 10 years. Both in their own ways, and apart.
But to have this happen just as things were turning around?!!
More than ready for Rough Choice.
You have me good and hooked, Summer.
Now PLEASE, put me out of my misery with this next book.

I was reading a lot of MC romances, and then the bully genre hit!

When I read the blurbs for this series, I knew it was going to be on my must read list! So glad I made this decision.

I so enjoy Ms. Cooper's stories! Kye and Eliana's story had me glued to my Kindle. So much going on, you will not be bored. This story had everything a reader could want. Emotional, gripping! I loved it!

Buckle up because book two is going to take you on a ride.
Eliana is brought back to pay off her father's debt. Do as Max says or die. Your choice.
Kye, the man she loved, us right there making her do thus and saying he will keep her safe but it doesn't look like he will.
As secrets are revealed both to Kye and to Eli can they continue to do this or will the reconnect and continue their love story?
This book has it all. It ends in a cliffhanger so be prepared.

Rough Ride - Continuation from Book 1

Trapped in a world of a M/C gang & used as a pawn to clear up her dad's thievery before his death, she is supposed to trust her childhood friend to protect her. Kia & Eliana will love each other, being soul mates forever, no matter what the outcome in the M/C empire. Book 2 continues as another cliff-hanger & what a steep cliff it is! Intense read. Have to read Book 3 to satisfy my curiosity of what will happen next!
