The funniest and only thing I’ve learnt from this book is that after hot water bathing if you immediately pour ice cold water on yourself it refreshens your body as hell :))

Very good book. In my quest to find another short book to read before the new year I picked this one up a few days ago and I am happy I did. What jumped out at me is the notion that "life is conversation". We get everything we have from communicating with others. The focus on "Creative Listening", "Open Listening" and "Listening by Design" were all concepts I have been practicing since I finished the book. I realize that you are more successful in life when you really line up your purpose with other people's actual needs. Not what you think they need, but instead what they actually need. This is a book I will come back to frequently to refresh myself on what I really need to be doing. Listening and asking questions to understand.
