When a new fish joins the class, Angel, Rainbow Fish and Friends try to make her feel welcome. However, along the way, they learn that not everything Puffer says is true. Will Angel be able to fit in with the other fish? Will Puffer be able to gain back his friends' trust? Find out in this fishy book that teaches us to get to know new faces and not to lie, because it usually ends badly.
