A kid uses a disguise to get out of chores, dentist visits, baths, etc. My child was not a fan, but I thought the artwork was cute.

Sometimes I pick up books randomly from the library and read them to my kids without pre-screening. This was a reminder to me that I shouldn't do that. I'm not sure what the point was, other than to tell children that it's cute to try to avoid baths, chores, vegetables and anything else you don't like.

A disguise might help you avoid the dentist, bully, and setting the table. Regardless though, you are still yourself. The dog has to disguise on at the close of the story.

This quirky story delves into the idea that imagining to be someone else can be a lot of fun and even have its advantages. But, in the end, it's great to just be you!

A very cute little story about a boy with a fake beard, nose, and glasses. He outlines when and where it is beneficial to use a disguise.
