A fabulous collection of Hebrew poetry from Chaim Bialik (1873-1934) to poets from the 1950s. I appreciated how the collection includes pointed Hebrew plus translations, and reflections from literary critics like Robert Alter. My faves are Bialik, Lea Goldberg, and Yehuda Amichai. I think there's a later version of this book that continues with more contemporary poets.
