I can actually say I enjoyed reading a self-help book for leaders. I don't think it matters where you are in an organization - lower level, mid level, or waaay up high, sometimes you need a reminder of what it means to own your work and take pride in what you do. This book goes through what it means to be a good manager, what steps you must take to make sure your people can succeed, and how to hold each other accountable for communication and progress.

Full of personality, great advice, eye-opening revelations, and practical application, this book I highly recommend to anyone that works anywhere doing anything.

It's fairly Theory X, but I really needed some of this information to supplement my Theory Y leanings and the authors presented it in a clear, concise format. Well done.
