ANTIQUE STYLE is a nice journey through the Victorian era. The book contains colorful pictures and, for the most part, satisfactory directions on how to make many items from that time. Using herbs, flowers and lace to assemble conversation pieces for your home is its main goal. On the downside there are few suggestions for those of you that are looking for new ideas from this genteel epoch. If you enjoy this respectable age and can live without color try Phyllis Shaudys' HERBAL TREASURES or THE PLEASURE OF HERBS.
