I went into this series believing the entire series was out.
On Amazon it states. And I quote.

Book 5 of 5 in The Collapse (5 Book Series)

The first half was good. The second half was spoilt because I was forever checking the progress bar. I couldn’t understand how the author could possibly tie up all the loose ends in the remaining time. I honestly never considered that this wasn’t the final book.

Since the previous book stated it was.

Book 4 of 5 in The Collapse (5 Book Series)

Now we know the real identity of General Safeco I’m worried. I know this isn’t a romance book but I’m really hoping things don’t go as expected. Let’s have a little intervention and mix it up. I mean it’s not as if they’ve been wary about diving in head first in the past.

I know how I want the next book to go so it’s with fingers firmly crossed I wait.

The sixth and hopefully final book is actually on Amazon. It’s just not with the others. So I’m hoping I get the HEA I want.

So good!!! I am FINALLY getting answers and confirmation of my theories in this series! I am so happy the series is complete so I can go straight into the final book. The way everything is coming together, little moments from previous books now explained… excellent writing. I am so invested in this world and cannot wait to see how it concludes!

Good

I like this story so far, I’m eager to see how all the little pieces tie together. I’m also happy that Carlos and Rosie finally start really communicating.

I loved this book and frankly the whole series. I would recommend this to someone who is looking for a good fiction book with time travelling elements. I also honestly liked the length. I finished it in one day, and I feel like it's just right. I am going on to read all of Penelope's books as they are a good contrast to the long complicated fiction stories (still amazing tho)
So yes 4/5 stars, read it

The collapse is looming and the group are getting ready for it. Rosie, Carlos, Ellen, and Jordan are working hard to get things in order and to get the right people in place. Rachel pops up in this one and things are starting to make more sense in that story line. On the other hand Rosie's dad and the others she left behind are getting more chaotic.

There are unexplained holes in this plot, but I am still tearing through these mini novels. It feels like I am streaming a mini series that is actually a series of books. This should have been one much longer book, but this way the author and publisher get you to buy more a little at a time. This last book had better tie things up and explain how the impossible can be possible.

OK. I've finished off numbers 3,4,& 5 in the last three days so you could say I like em. And you'd be right. What a fantastic series of books. You can if you wish buy the full set which works out considerably cheaper than buying them one at a time. (I didn't know that to start with lol) Anyway, here I go again and ready to read the 6th and final book in the series.
