Parish writes regarding a conspiracy theory that the FBI and US intelligence agencies knew in advance of the purposed attacks on 9/11. Well written, the information presented as suspect due to his use of Wikipedia and media conjecture. The work was originally published in France and does present an alternative view. My copy was a free review coopy obtained via Goodreads.com.

I don't believe there are many people who don't remember where they were the day that the world changed so drastically for those in the U.S. It's a haunting piece of recent history that stays with you forever regardless if you were directly affected. For me, this reads more of a challenge of facts. Whereas the author's theories are interesting and possible in my opinion, some are lost in translation. it's terrifying to think that both the facts and theories go hand in hand and all of the in-between that can and has happened. A lot of the information is well thought out and presented in a way that intrigues and alarms all at the same time. It's a captivating read that makes you think just a little bit more about everything around you. If you like history nonfiction, this is a great read for you.
