YEAH!!!! THIS BOOK IS SOO GREAT! I LOVE IT SO MUCH. IT'S FAIR. THE HERO used to be a manwhor3 (but not too much) but the heroine herself is beautiful and sassy and have a great personalty so she have many guys tries to flirt with her, likes her and even chase her😂 even in front of the hero which upsets him so much😂😂😂 SO IT'S GREAT TO SEE THAT THE HEROINE HAVE MANY OF THAT TOO BECAUSE MANY TIMES OTHER AUTHORS DOESN'T ALWAYS WRITE SOMETHING LIKE THAT, SO FOR THIS AUTHOR TO WRITE THE HEROINE HAVE MANY GUYS LIKES HER EVEN THE HERO'S BEST FRIEND, IT'S REFRESHING. KYLE KAY NEVER DISAPPOINT!!! IT'S A SAFE LOVE STORY. You will always see from kyle kay books many guys likes the heroine, more than you can ever imagine. There's always scenes where the heroine just goes to a supermarket and some guy looks at her and tries to flirt with her. Kyle kay knows how to kill a man's big ego😂😂😂😂

But.... Even though many guys likes the heroine, flirting with the heroine, even tries to take away the heroine, the heroine never said yes to them because she knows that's not okay to the hero and she only wants the hero. She always decline and walks away if a guy is flirting with her or look at her way too long. The heroine is very smart woman, i love that.


The hero is being too fast with the heroine i admit but he do it in a romantic way and in his mind he thinks its okay. So they're relationship story starts with a quick one, like the hero immediately see the heroine and he wants her like no other. He chase her down and immediately so obsessed with her in a romantic and alpha male way okay. Not in a weird bad way😉 He even starts to get very jealous in the first scenes of the book when the heroine was talking to other man😂

He never feels that type of way with another woman before so when he felt it with the heroine,
He just go for it and went over the top with her :) so romantic.

I love it when the heroine is not a difficult annoying clingy childish heroine. The heroine right here is definitely my favorite character❤️

He just likes to control because he knows the heroine is different and his feelings towards the heroine is different so that's why he likes to control her. The hero never been in a serious relationship before so sometimes he is clueless about being in a relationship and how to treat the heroine the way she wants him to be. THE HERO IS A BILLIONAIRE.

And if you ask, is the hero spoiled the heroine? YES HE DID AND HE TRIED. But many times when he tries to spoiled her, she decline. He only spoiled her just a little because she doesn't want him too.

I love the way the hero always laugh with the heroine when she's acting like a child or playing with him, he never gets mad at her antics and always take care of her so well🥺🥺

She got a bit annoyed at first but not in a annoying way, i think she knows the hero is the one for him but she was having a hard time believing it... BUT THE WAY THE HERO EVEN BLACKMAIL HER, she was not being difficult at all! Which is good cause I don’t like when the heroine being all pushing away 😅 The heroine is funny too. Too funny😄 I love it how she always honest to anyone, i mean anyone yes anyone, and she always makes the hero laugh. She knows how to joke😂😂 The heroine always gets a long with many people who meet her, a lot of people always find she's a rare diamond and tells the hero to take care of her cause she's rare and right for him...

I LIKED HOW THE HERO FELT WHEN the heroine told him that he was her first and he had many before her. Because that's how much he loves her and want her to become his first too if he can change his past.

THE SECOND OM is her new friend and at first i thought he didn’t like her! Because he was so funny and friendly to her in a good way. BUT THEN HE ADMIT HE HAD FEELINGS FOR HER AND HE CAUSE SOME DRAMA. BUT not too annoying and eventually he understands the heroine didn’t want him back. DRAMA OW? NOOOOO.... she met the hero’s ex partner but it was one time and the ow didn’t too annoying and the ow only said “you’re with him” JUST THAT AND NEVER CAME BACK AND NO OTHERS. So i said no cause it was nothing lol 😅 All the drama is mostly about themselves...

JUST THAT ~ DURING THIS SEPARATION BOTH ARE VERY LOYAL AND NO ONE ELSE. The heroine even had the om come to her bring her pizza but she didn’t let him in because she respect the hero and didn’t want to make a scene. The hero as well did not touch anyone :) wowww

I love a jealous, possessive hero who only has eyes for the heroine and that is definitely what we get here. He’s pushy overly overprotective and jealous of any man that even looks at her. Ruxin is definitely the type of hero to override the heroine’s wishes in order to get what he wants and charming enough to pull it off..up to a point. If any of that is your jam then I recommend this book.

This is a fast paced book but despite that I still found myself skimming in parts. There is quite a bit of silliness between this heroine and another man – he wants her and she thinks they are just friends. While a little in the beginning was okay, it became too much pretty quickly. Also, the beginning is rather rough, the dialogue and writing rather stilted. It did eventually smooth out and I no longer struggled with it.

Overall, this was an okay story and I’d be interested in more work from this author just to get more alphaness.

This is a five-star story that I enjoyed while it was on Wattpad, and I purchased the book so I can reread it and to help support a newly published author who shows great potential. However, I was disappointed that the published version was not edited, as that is what I expect when I pay for books.
This story was pulled directly from Wattpad and published in ebook form because there were still personal comments from Wattpad included that had nothing to do with the story. Also, there were many grammar errors that should have been corrected in going from Wattpad to Amazon.

But as I absolutely love this story which features an extremely OTT J/P alpha hero, it is on my reread shelf and I'll just have to overlook these annoying features and hope the author does a newly re-edited version to replace this one. I highly recommend this for the great story if you're not bothered by these types of errors.

°OM drama - the h became friends with one of the H's business rivals which made him super jealous, he told her that the OM liked her but she didn't believe him, she genuinely liked the man, one of the -many- things that made me dislike her was the way she acted around the OM, both acted like 5 y/o when they were together and it was very obvious that he was flirting with her but she thought they were like brother and sister, she was so fucking stupid! he even gave her the nickname "T. H." (tiny hiney) bc he couldn't stop looking at her ass when they were at the pool and on top of that he made her call him "T. H. W." (tiny hiney watcher) but the foolish girl didn't see anything wrong with that, that's not sibling behaviour bitch! and theeen he kissed her and told her that he loved her and she was like oh damn maybe my bf was right... ugh what an idiot... (by the end she forgives him and they become friends again ughh)
°Separation: the first time when the h broke up with him they were apart for 2 days, the second separation lasted a few weeks - both celibate (they had an argument and he left her, I hated how easily the H gave up on their relationship, he was literally going to let the h go bc he thought she deserved someone better, the only reason they got back together was bc his assistant (OW#1) and the OM told him that he was being stupid and that he should go after her)

I have known for a while and choose to ignore it because she's good at her job. I don't get personal with my employee as a simple rule and the fact I never hire anyone I am sexually attracted to. I decide to answer her. "Because the amazing woman in my bed asked me to make her coffee."**

**"I've never been out with a women in a public place that wasn't an event of some kind." I scoff. "Really, women let you do that to them?" "Yep and trust me they know the score before hand." He states, before I can berate him for his callous behavior. "No one has fallen for you before or asked for more than one night?" I ask, curiously. He shrugs. "I have no idea, I don't stay in contact with them. My security handles it if they come to the office."**

**"I'm taking Eva Thorpe with me when I go to Europe, I need you to make any necessary arrangements. She'll be accompanying me to all the events and parties." There's a slight pause before she replies, "Yes, sir." "Do you like your job, Julia?" I ask. "Yes, Mr. Novak." "Then consider this your warning, if you're ever rude to Eva again you're gone. Understood?" "Yes. Yes, sir." "Good." I reply, hanging up.**

**She will marry me. I won't have it any other way. She'll have to deal with my lifestyle. The press, the money, the events, the busy schedule, all of it. She will have it all. My time, my money and my fidelity. I don't want another, she is the one person I'll never get tired of seeing every night and every morning.**

**"I feel jealous and really mad. I know I shouldn't be, but he has a part of me. He was my first time and I have what? his billionth time? It makes me mad to think about it like that, that someone can be so casual about sex. He was even that way with me and our first time. He wanted it and he got it. I don't know how we evolved to be more to each other."**

**"After meeting one of your many one night stands I wasn't in the mood for a tour ride." I reply annoyed. "I didn't get the impression she was pleased with meeting me." He didn't respond right away. He's probably trying to recall his night with her, which pisses me off even more. "Angel, You know about my past." "I do and I have to say when it's actually staring at me, It's a lot more revolting." I cringe at my harshness. "What exactly do you find revolting?" "How about the hurt I could see in her eyes after you cast her side, or knowing for a fact you don't care. Because I find all of them very nauseating." I ask, venting my hurt and frustrations with him. I know I'm trying to punish him for his past. I'm aware that I'm afraid he'll do what he did to so many other woman. I can't help it. I don't want to look like Sammy. I don't want to want someone who never really took the time to know me. "I never thought I would find someone like you. My past is not the best-I. Fuck it, I'll be there in a minute."**

**"I'm sorry you had to meet someone from my past. Knowing what I know now, trust me I would have changed a few things. My past and how we started isn't what I'd want for you. I'm sorry." I look at the ground feeling my anger leave. "It's fine. I wouldn't want someone to hold my past against me. We all make mistakes, just some more than others." I say, cheekily. "I really would change it." He repeats, sincerely. I nod. "Just don't hurt me like you did them." "Never."**

**"Eva, please. I didn't set out to be interested in you. It just sorta happened." He says, running his fingers through his hair. I'm angry that our friendship is over. I really care about him, I'll miss him. If only I would've listen to Ruxin, none of this would've happened. I don't say anything until we are in the elevator at the hotel. "What did you expect to happen, Xavier?" "Best case scenario you'd leave Ruxin and be with me. Worst case you'd stop seeing me." "I'm not seeing you. I'm friends with you, there's a difference." "Will you at least think about it?" "Think about what?" "Leaving Ruxin for me. I can make you happy. I could love you better and you'd never feel uncomfortable with my past. I've never treated women the way he has." "Xavier, -" I start saying, but his mouth on mine cuts me off. He kisses me sweetly and I push against him, breaking us apart. "Don't do that again." I say, then see Xavier yanked out of the elevator into the hallway by a pissed off Ruxin. Ruxin, throws the first punch, catching Xavier on the jaw. Xavier retaliate's and tackles Ruxin to the ground, they push and punch each other fighting and yelling. "What the fuck are you doing kissing her?" Ruxin shouts.**

**"What did you feel when he kissed you?" "I don't know. I was too shocked." I answer, truthfully. "When you pushed him away you looked at him differently." He states. "Differently?" I question. He nods. "I won't lose you to him." "I'm not going anywhere." I assure him. "You won't see him again." He says, sounding like a statement and a question at the same time. I sigh. "I'll miss him as a friend. If he can move on from any feelings he has for me then I'm willing to give our friendship a second chance. Would you be okay with that?" I ask, already knowing the answer. "No." He replies, pulling up clumps of grass. "Alright." I say, knowing it's not right to ask for that much understanding when it comes to Xavier. "Alright?" "Yeah, but I still get to talk to him at social functions when you're with me." I point out. "Okay, but no going out with him."**

**Love makes me seem weak in a way, less manly. I admit it was stupid to brush off my feelings for her in front of my friends, I shouldn't have. I was mad at her right before we left for the event and I let it fester instead of talking to her. I don't know why she asked about my nature. Why she didn't believe me when I told her, I wanted her at my side because I like knowing where she is. She is trying to figure me out, convinced I'm hiding something and maybe I am in a way. This is me, yet she doesn't want to accept it. Like I'm not good enough, that I'm lacking in some way. She's wrong about me not loving her. Even now my heart can't stop racing. I love her so much. I keep thinking she'll be better off without me. She deserves more then the mess of a man I am. I've been deluding myself into thinking she wants what I want. That we can make it, but she is right. I'm rushing our relationship out of fear of losing her. Fear that she'll change her mind and it isn't fair to her. My insecurities are showing yet again and I can't control myself. I stop thinking about her feelings and act purely out of arrogance. I realize I'm overbearing. I just tell myself it will be better once I know she's mine, forever.**

**I look through the peep hole and see Xavier standing with a box of pizza and a six pack of beer. "Hold on I have to get dressed." I tell him through the door. "Don't dress on my account." I ignore him and go to my bedroom. I put on baggy sweat pants and a large tee shirt. Going back to the front door I open it. "What are you doing here?" I question. I don't want to let him in. I can only assume he's here because I left Ruxin. I don't want to lead him on about us. I really am only interested in friendship. Although, he is a really good kisser... I'll miss him, I care for him. I think we could have been more, but Ruxin the butthead has my heart and soul.**

**I want to call Eva, just to hear her voice. The only thing stopping me is the fact she doesn't want me to call and I have to respect her wishes. I just hope she forgives me soon, I feel agitated, guilty and depressed, three things I'm not used to feeling.**

**Even after three weeks I find myself picking up the phone to apologize, to tell him I love him but my pride won't let me. He told me before he left that I deserve more but he was wrong, he is the one that deserves more. He gave all of himself good and bad and I used it against him like a weapon, afraid to lose myself and my heart to him. He'll find someone better someone not jaded by the thought of love. Even if it kills me I won't go back to him. I won't call him, all I've done is hurt him and make him feel inferior and question himself. What kind of love is that?**

**"I already know you're moving back to Michigan. Its probably for the best." I tense up when I hear, 'its for the best' and don't know how to reply. "I'm sure the paparazzi won't follow you there. Did you come to say goodbye?" How can he look at me and act like I meant nothing? His eyes are cold like my presence is bugging him and interrupting his busy day. "No, I didn't come to say goodbye." I state, finding my voice. "Then what is it? I have a busy day today." I feel the tears start to rise and turn away quickly. "Its not important. Sorry, for interrupting your day." I turn the door handle and his hand reaches over my head closing it roughly. "Just say what you have to say, Eva." I rest my head on the door as my stomach flips again. "I realized I'm pushing you away. I didn't want to love you. I didn't want to turn into my mother if you ever left me. I do love you." He doesn't respond for a few seconds. "You shouldn't. I'm not the one for you. You were right." He says, sadly.**

**She's better off without me I know that, now. I sit in my chair not able to concentrate on anything but the fact that she loves me. She loves me and I basically pushed her out of my office. Running my hands over my face I groan. "What the hell did I just do?" I don't know how much time passes as I sit and agonize over how I treated Eva and the look on her face when I pretended not to care that she was moving back to Michigan.**

**A pounding on my office door gets my attention and a very angry Xavier storms in. "You goddamn fucking prick!" He yells at me. "What the hell do you want?" I ask, in no mood to talk. "I want you to fix that destroyed woman I just seen leave your office." I shake my head. "She doesn't need me." He nods as if he's agreeing with me. "I'm glad. Gives me a chance then doesn't it?" I glare at him. "Don't go anywhere near her." "Why not? Its not like you have any say about that anymore. As a matter of fact I'm sure she wouldn't mind going out for a little cheering up." He states, making it sound like a warning. "Don't fucking start with me, Xavier." I demand. "I don't want anything to do with you. I'm happy you're out of the picture, but don't ever treat her like she's piece of trash that needs to be taken out." I sit back down and lean forward setting my elbows on the desk and gripping my pounding head. "Get out." I say, tiredly. "Gladly. One last thing before I go. When she contacts you next time, I'd listen." He states, slamming the door behind him.**

I loved this story on Wattpad and right when it was finished, it was removed and said it would be published.

I was glad the author is getting the break they deserve. Then I found it on Amazon, so I bought the kindle version of all the stuff they wrote.

I could get pass the time-line of how the characters fell in love so quickly but I can't with the grammar error and punctuation.

I do not think this went through an editor. Was disappointed I spent enough to buy a good book on this.

Wow this book had the most grammar and spelling mistakes of any book I’ve ever read. Was this even checked before it was published?
Buttt, apart from that I enjoyed the story! Ruxin (yes, you read that right, that is his name) was OTT possessive and jealous. And he was completely gone for Eva from the moment he first sees her. Eva was a bit naive. Was this story realistic? Nope! Do I care? Nope! It was nice escapism. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a ride

This bookwas a real mixed bag of things. On one hand I didn't like most of the main characters, their actionhs didn't make sense and some of the story fell really flat. But overall I did enjoy it. I liked how self-aware some of the characters were ( Julia my beloved ) but most of them just were there. The banter was either really good or just bad. No in-between. But yeah 5 stars but I don't think I'd return to this.

I really liked this author on wattpad so I bought her paperbacks to support her. I was a little disappointed because I was expecting the published books to be cleaned up a little and edited, but it was basically just printed straight from wattpad. Still a fan and Meeting Ellie is still my favorite book from wattpad of all time.

While I enjoyed the story of Eva & Ruxin a lot, there are so many errors that it did distract me somewhat. At one point, I was confused because the bodyguards name had changed from one chapter to the next. Definitely needs a good editor

One of my favs

This was a favorite on Wattpad and one of the reasons I got kindle. Grammer and proper use of words aren't perfect but I do love this book. Drama is a little high but I like that there isn't any cheating and eventually it's all resolved. Perfect HEA.

First time reading this author;enjoyed

I didn’t know what to expect when I started this book, it was one of those “oh well, why not?” Kinda moments as I’d never heard of this author before and the book cover was a bit bland and didn’t exactly pique my interest.


The hero Ruxin meets the heroine Eva and is instantly smitten, but for some reason decides she’ll never go out with him, so he decides to blackmail her into a relationship. I’m on board so far, I like a hero with edge and a streak of darkness in him—especially if the heroine is light to his darkness and tames him.

The story then follows how they’ll end up in a real relationship, and it kinda meanders a bit. There are some unnecessary, bloated scenes that don’t do anything to move the story along, long stretches of dialogue with secondary characters, ect. BUT overall it was a good story, even if it could have benefited from an editor.

There were also some questionable moments like “why is she getting a job when she knows she’s going out of the country with the hero for the next 6 months?” That seriously didn’t make any sense and that was probably the most glaring plot hole I bumped over in the story. It’s why I’m giving this story 4 stars instead of 5—writing, story continuity, needs to be tightened up and fatty bits need to be trimmed out.

Still, I enjoyed it, I loved the possessiveness of the hero and I’d probably read something more from this author in the future.

The whole OM drama really annoyed me. Her being all pushy and assertive and her bubbly self was something that attracted her to the H. So her acting the same way with the boss just made their connection less unique. She is super open with every man she talks to as if he is her best friends. Her banter with Xavier was so over the top that it bordered flirty. IMO it’s disrespectful to behave like this when you have a partner. Just compare it to the Eva from crossfire with her gay bf, she was still better than this. And a gay bf she had known for YEARS. Not met two days before.

I am fine with a person being friendly and kind to others but there is way of doing it. Her actions were v childish and weird. Seemed abnormal
Also how are you fine with roaming around in underwear in front of your bodyguard. Just her being so carefree and chummy with om made me think that there was nothing special about H for her then.
I really liked how insta love and possessive the H was but the h spoiled it for me. Basically irritating h
