Mackó karácsonyi böngészője

Rate this book

I love how this book both tells a story and invites readers to participate by helping bear find the treasures he needs for his party. To top it off, the last party brings all of the treasures together, which makes for an enjoyable endgame of trying to find where everything goes! I can see this book being a fun adventure for the family to do together as members compete to see who can find bear's treasures first.

juuuust difficult enough that i think some kids will throw this book across the room in frustration, but it is a book that's compared to where's waldo so i don't think that's much of a surprise. definitely would be quality time reading.

Dudolf puzzles have become a tradition in our extended family over Christmas - I post a puzzle a day for a week on Instagram and my friends and family respond enthusiastically. And then I gift everyone a copy of one of his puzzle books and we are all happy and entertained for days! This was the gift for the 2019 Christmas.
The puzzles are clever, creative and colourful. They are simply beautiful.
For the few moments (or many, sometimes) that you’re trying to solve the puzzle, nothing else matters. It’s fantastic and I recommend this book to all who love a good “spot the” puzzle.

A fun, engaging holiday look and find book. Great for young readers, this brightly illustrated book interacts with kids as they help Bear find the item hidden on each page. He gives readers a clue to help them find the items he needs for his holiday party. With a repeated color scheme, and simple illustrations make it fun for kids to find the hidden objects.

I've been reading this book series nightly with my four year old. She has every picture memorized, can point to where an item is before we even get to the page, and we've made our own extra search games for nearly every page. Even though she has them memorized now, even i struggled to find a few of them the first time through! If all of that doesn't sell it for you, you're clearly not a fun person. These books are absolutely adorable, and I love everything about them. (So does my kid!)

Cute! There are some that were fairly easy to find (the jingle bell sticks out, in my opinion, as does the ice skate) and some that took FOREVER like the Santa hat and the red ball ornament. So good for all ages, especially as a cooperative effort.
Very fun!

Beautiful and fun seek-and-find book! I cannot for the life of me find the christmas lollipop though, haha. Definitely add this to your seek-and-find collection.

Do your kids like search and find books?

I’ve shared about our obsession with the Gergely Dudas' search and finds (they are seriously perfect for ages 3 and up, unlike, I think, Where’s Waldo?, that requires more time and attention).

There is a Springtime, Halloween and Christmas version of these awesome search and finds, and each of the books has a story about Bear, the main character, that gives the ‘searching’ a purpose. This series is inviting, engaging, and just plain sweet.
