How many changes can happen to one woman in a week and a half? For Polly Giller, the number isn't easily defined. It started as a quiet afternoon at Sycamore House. Cassidy was asleep, the boys were playing, Polly was working. Cat's baby shower and the open house for the bed and breakfast weren't happening until the weekend. Halloween was over a week and a half out. Everyone was healthy. What could go wrong? Caleb and JaRon asked to play in the hallway because it was too cold outside and they were tired of sitting in Polly's office. Since it was Monday and the building was empty, why not? JaRon's shriek and Caleb's panicked plea for help yanked Polly from her chair. The moment her feet hit the floor, the tumultuous path for the next ten days was set into place. Who better to handle it than Polly? Who better to support her than family and friends. The desperate young stranger who needed someone to offer hope called out for one person - Polly Giller. It will take everyone in Polly's circle to make a miracle happen. That's the thing about hope. We all have a part to play, no matter how large, no matter how small. We can do something. We have to do what we can.
I have read and greatly enjoyed this series and look forward to the next book. It is filled with simple life lessons and kindness that can be used by any family.
Diane your books are fantastic! You keep us all coming back for more. I have enjoyed all of your books and they just keep getting better. The way you have Polly stretching her strength and achieving more more with each book is unbelievable. Look forward to all the books to come never stop.
.. The way you are now exposing Polly to baby's in her own home is sneaky. Keep the books coming
Diane Greenwood Muir is a fantastic author. Each book flows from the last chapter into the next book, without repeating itself. The characters are enhanced then new ones are added. You will love everyone she writes about. What a pleasure it is to look forward to the next book then actually sit down and read it. I must admit to reading this series repeatedly. It is that good!
A wonderful, emotional new episode of Bellingwood lives!
As ever a wonderful story of Polly and her family and the new additions to it! I only got this book today and just couldn't put it down until I finished it! The only problem I have is that I have to wait 3 months for the next episode! Recommend the Belling wood series to everyone, well written and exciting look at life with a family in a small town in Iowa.
Dianne has done it again! An Offering of Hope may be my favorite book of the whole series. And I’ve read them all more than once. I couldn’t decide whether I wanted to devour this one or slow down and make it last longer. I did a little of both and I will go back and read it again in the next few days. I wholeheartedly recommend the entire Bellingwood series and most especially this latest book.
This book was amazing! I love Polly so much! She is so giving and fearless! Her capacity to love is unmatched in modern times. With each book I read, I learn so much about the right way to love. This book will keep you turning pages to find out what happens next. I cant wait for the next book! I am forever a Bellingwood fan and I tell everyone about these amazing books!
One of Polly's boys find a girl outside in the cold all bloody. Polly calls Aaron thinking she has passed but she is still alive. At the hospital she is calling for Polly. Polly doesn't know this girl. She was pregnant and now is not but doesn't know where her baby is. Rebecca is here to help with her as her friend Libby is in a car accident and is at the hospital also. Really good read!!
Wow so many things were happening with Polly in this book. Her family is growing up and she wishes time would slow down. A young lady was discovered at Sycamore House and Polly jumps in to help this person. The B&B had an open house to show the people what had been built. Molly's friends from Boston visit and pulled a surprise. They caught some illegal adoption people. Can't wait to see what happens next.
This book made me think about what was happening in this story An Offering of Hope is the perfect title. When Polly finds Lexi lying on the cold ground outside her offices can Hope that Lexi will.be okay. Lackawanna to trust Polly and to Hope all. Will be well.
As usual another top notch story. Diane brings the characters to life and you feel like they are your friends. I anxiously await each new book. I would love to find a place like Bellingwood to live .
All of Dianes books are written in a way that makes you want to keep reading and when you are down you count the days until the next book
Diane never fails to deliver a mystery and a heart warming family feeling to all that read her books. It is an easy read with page turning, staying awake all night abilities. Her Bellingwood community on Facebook is a force to be reckoned with! All for the love of a strong woman raising a family in small town Iowa!

We all need hope, in this book its inspiring! Once again a book all Bellingwood fans will love. An early Christmas present. A new interesting character that needs rescuing, the ongoing story of Polly and her family just another great book in the series.
I promised myself that I would only read a few chapters each day but I lied. Stayed up until 2:30 a.m. reading this most enjoyable book. Loved catching up with Polly and all.
I am totally addicted to Bellingwood. Today we got not one but 2 new members of her family. She likes to add them 2 at a time. We also got to know Chloe a little better. I can't wait till the attic gets cleaned up. More room for her to fill.
It's almost Halloween and everyone is busy getting the haunted house ready when the boys find a body, and this one is alive! Polly comes to the rescue and their large family is about to get bigger. Have no fear, Polly will find her own body.
I am always either reading the recent book or waiting for the next one. Since the day I picked up the first book I have been in love with this series. Dianne Greenwood Muir is a master at spinning tales and making a village!
Polly finds another body only this time it's alive.
Actually if we're truthful the little boys found the woman back by the New addition. They got the ambulance and medics. And a new person gets added to Polly's family.
As always reading about Polly and Henry is enjoyable. There is another rescue in this book (those are always fun). And I love watching all the kids grow up. This book especially emphasizes the more you love the more love you have to give. I can’t wait for the next book!
I love following Polly and her family. I also like that the stories have moved more to focusing on family and the mysteries are in the background. Looking forward to March for the next story.
The title of this book is very accurate. Polly gives hope to everyone she meets who is in a tough situation. Then she gives them a job too. How can you not love her and her family.
I’m so happy to return to Bellingwood. Just love this family and all their blessings. Can’t wait for the short story in January. What a wonderful book series
