This is one of my favorite quote from the book:
“Sleep tight
Don’t worry

Your today
Has already made you
Ready for tomorrow”

The book indicates a lot about relationship with parents from a culture of restriction as well as the author’s spiritual theories on soul and life.

I think it was good for the most part it was just personally hard to read but if you could find the meaning in each quote it was very meaningful
