A bit boring, but the principle are really good. There was not much new info for me, but I think that she addresses a lot of poor teaching habits I have seen and experinced.
Quick and easy read. She is very direct and her style took a little bit to get used to. Applicable and easy to implement strategies for effective teaching. Will use some in my nutrition education!

I have a degree in education with a focus on adults so this book really did not teach me anything that I didn't know and I feel a lot of it is common sense type stuff even for someone who has no background in adult education. However, the book is just over 100 pages so if you want to read it you could do so in a small amount of time.
