Sei mein Gigolo
Sein neuer Chef macht Suzuki ganz schön zu schaffen. Zum Glück hat er in Irie einen guten Freund gefunden, mit dem er genüsslich ein Feierabendbier schlürfen und mal so richtig Dampf ablassen kann! Die gediegene Männerfreundschaft scheint seinem selbstbewussten Kumpel allerdings nicht genug zu sein, denn aus heiterem Himmel macht er Suzuki einen skurrilen Vorschlag: statt sich für seinen tyrannischen Boss abzurackern, könnte Suzuki doch einfach ihm zu Diensten sein!

Cute couples. The stories were funny also if I wished for more chapters for some of them... (4 stars)

I had fun reading this one! Both the main story and side stories were entertaining and pretty cute! (Which is rare ngl hahaha.) Gets a high 3.5! ♡

Der Titel sowie die Inhaltsangabe klangen zunächst für mich nicht reizvoll. Jedoch war, wie so oft, meine Neugier größer. Womöglich lag es auch an meinen niedrigen Erwartungen, aber ich bin doch positiv überrascht. Der Erzählstil ist holprig aber die Charaktere und die Entwicklung des Titelpaares haben mir gefallen. Hinter Iries Wunsch nach einem Gigolo steckt mehr bzw. etwas anderes, als der Klappentext erahnen lässt.
Neben der Titelgeschichte beinhaltet dieser Einzelband noch zwei weitere Geschichten, die mir ebenfalls gefallen haben.

The title as well as the summary did not sound appealing to me at first. But, as it's often the case, my curiosity was bigger. Perhaps it was also due to my low expectations, but I am surprised in a positive way. The narrative style is bumpy, but I liked the characters and the development of the main couple. There is more or rather something else behind Irie's wish for a gigolo than the blurb on the cover suggests.
This single-volume contains two more stories that I also liked.

Cute art, but the main story is fairly forgettable. Extra story leaves a stronger impression as one of the characters is eating lunch in a bathroom stall. Yeah. :/

Esta historia consta de 6 capítulos, en los cuatro primeros se desarrolla la historia principal: Suzuki trabaja en una tienda de productos para el hogar y es transferido de almacen, en su nuevo lugar de trabajo no logra adaptarse muy bien y no se entiende con su jefe, sin embargo se hace amigo del empleado de la compañía de transporte, Irie, con quien en ocasiones sale a tomarse una cerveza y a desahogar sus frustraciones laborales. Un día de esos Irie de repente empuja al suelo a Suzuki y le dice: "Se mi sugar baby"...!?
En el capítulo 5, encontramos a dos estudiantes de bachillerato, Uno de ellos es Yagi, quien es considerado un "ikemen" en su escuela, pero todos sus esfuerzos por ser el mejor se ven opacados por que hay un estudiante a quien llaman "regalo de la madre naturaleza", Kougami-Kun. Esos comentarios en los que las chicas dicen lo maravilloso que es Kougami, sacan lo peor de Yagi ya que nunca ha tolerado que lo comparen y desahoga toda su frustración en un baño desocupado... solo que en realidad no esta desocupado, alguien lo escuchó...
En el capítulo 6, un estudiante universitario y un oficinista que en sus ratos libres juega Majoh se encuentran en un lugar de apuestas y al teminar la noche el joven se ofrece a si mismo en agradecimiento ya que el oficinista ganó una partida por él. El oficinista se espanta y huye del lugar pero el chico persiste y lo encuentra en su lugar de trabajo y desde ese día cada día espera por él ya que esta determinado a que este oficinista se quede con su virginidad...
MI OPINION PERSONAL:
El arte es hermoso!
La historia principal me gustó mucho, es entretenida y graciosa, me encanta como se desarrolla la relación entre los protagonistas y también me gustó mucho la personalidad de los dos. Cuando toman una decisión van a por todas sin dudarlo. Me parecieron increiblemente tiernos y totalmente shipeables.
La segunda y la tercera historia también fueron entretenidas, pero como son dos historias realmente cortas no hay mucho desarrollo ni en la historia, ni en los personajes; sin embargo, fueron divertidas de leer, tanto asi que me gustaría saber más de estos personajes y ver como les resulta todo.

The name giving story is, despite the cringeworthy title, actually kinda cute and the love interest learns that relationships aren't about one person providing for the other, but about partnership, so there even was some kind of growth. But this second, added on story (Tanaka from the toilet?) I just don't know what to do with. So overall feeling a bit lukewarm about this bind-up.

Yeah it's pretty confusing and rather bland tbh...
