Six men down. Six to go.

Fox – Check
Angel – Check
Demon – Double Check
Fae and Vamp – To Be Claimed
Elementals – I’m in over my head.

Luna here again, have you kept up with all this. Because I haven’t. My powers are growing stronger, but I can’t seem to figure out how to tap my Goddess powers. I have six more to claim and one is a total A-hole.

I’m learning so much about myself. Even more about the guys, some of it to my shock, and satisfaction. The guys have totally decided they are going to be one big happy family. Hopefully we can stay a happy family through everything to come.

*Warning this book is intended for 18+. It is a fast burn Reverse Harem series, with a cliffhanger. This book contains lots of M/M interactions, BDSM, DD/Lg, and other explicit sexual scenes some readers may find offensive.

Still more sex than story but I don’t mind that with this series. Looking forward to the next book.

Hawt and steamy

I think with each book released Rozie ups the hawtness! Quite often I have to fan myself...

Luna and the guys relationship is progressing quickly, they are on the clock to be claimed and get the portals open or risk Draven having them assassinated.

Having said that they are still trying to navigate how they fit together. And if it wasn’t for some b🤬ch they could have lost everything. Let me just they got off lightly in every way.

12 guys! That is too many for me in a harem. I am not into the daddy kink but it was written well but I know that it isn't my thing. I tend to to read stories with that in it too. I didn't see trigger warning or skipped them since I tend not to care about those things.

I put this book down halfway and came back to it a few days later, and couldn't remember who all these people were. Honestly, 12 men in a harem are just too many.

Anyway. At the end of book 2, Luna still has six men to claim. There's an order in which to claim them, as specified by the prophecy. That order is Lucien (vampire), Everette (Fae), Slade (earth elemental), Ashe (fire elemental), Ty (water elemental), and Zeph (air elemental).

As I said in my review of book 2, Luna is taking her sweet time claiming the men, because of Issues. Lucien and Everette have been partners for 300 years and Lucien is feeling insecure about Everette now that Luna and her other men are in the picture. The elementals (Slade, Ashe, Ty, and Zeph) have also been together for 25 years and Ashe is struggling with his traumatic past and a fear of losing Slade. He acts out and is disruptive to the dynamic that the others are starting to build with the rest of the men and with Luna. Luna struggles with him, trying to understand him and give him time to come to terms with the new situation, but also having to rein him in at times and reprimand him.

Meanwhile, Ty is shy and inexperienced sexually. Luna is very understanding of Ty and doesn't shame him for it -- in fact she's upset with the other three elementals for having overlooked Ty and not encouraging his sexual explorations or including him in their sexual hijinks. But I felt that more could have been done. Since Ty is always running away each time something happens to embarrass him during a sexual encounter, he and Luna don't really have much discussion about it. I would like to have had her reassure him more. He doesn't have much self-confidence and that was kinda sad.

Kinks also come out and I can't decide whether the author wanted to use them to differentiate between the guys -- make the guys all slightly different from each other -- or whether she just took advantage of the large harem to throw in everything that could possibly be thrown in. Slade is dominant and likes bondage and knife play, while Ashe is a sub and likes being dominated. Everette likes ddlg (daddy dom/little girl) play. Lucien the vampire is overwhelmingly attracted to the scent of Luna's menstrual blood (surprise surprise). I kinda felt that it was... a lot. Too much and too many things in a single book.

As far as relationship-building goes, we see Luna spend a lot of time with Ty because he's shy and introverted. He likes to read, so she asks him to start reading to her as a way for him to warm up to her and overcome his shyness. I wasn't sure how I felt about the name-drop (they read the book Allison's Adventures in Underland by CM Stunich, an actual RH book) but I guess it was a nice nod from Ms Marshall to a fellow indie RH author. Luna doesn't really try to spend time with all the guys; mostly she has to spend time with those she hasn't claimed yet, especially problematic ones like Ashe. Zeph is very much overlooked -- he is the last in line to be claimed and I felt we didn't know ANYTHING about him or get any feel for his personality. She didn't spend time with him at all. I didn't like this.

Luna bends over backwards to be what each guy needs. Even though she doesn't have any experience with some of the kinks, she's willing to try because that's what the guys want. And this was odd for me cos usually in an RH, the FMC is the nucleus and it's the men who bend over for her and take care of her, not the other way around. The main way that she is coddled is that she is not allowed to cook, set the table, or wash the dishes, and to me, that's only a very small aspect of pampering.

She has to be a sub for Slade but a domme with Ashe, while role-playing ddlg with Everette. I have to admit that ddlg is not my thing and it was disconcerting for me to see Luna act and speak like a young child, even to the extent of playing with her food -- taking dinosaur-shaped chicken nuggets and pretending that they 'ate' the broccoli, then decapitating them with her teeth and having them scream as they did so. And when Everette asked her, "Does my beautiful sweet pea want cummies?", it made me cringe -- I felt the author was trying too hard. Never in my life did I think I'd hear an orgasm being called a "cummie"... as I said, this isn't my kink, so I don't know if that's common parlance in ddlg circles.

Towards the end of the book things get very sappy and "I love you"s are slung all over the place. It was terribly cheesy and sappy and I was just... urgh. Awkward dialogue is awkward. I didn't mention this in my review of book 2, but the dialogue has not improved from book 1. It's still stilted and feels unnatural. The Goddess shows up and tells tells Luna to hurry up and claim her last three men -- Ashe, Ty, and Zeph. She has 26 days to do this. I'm feeling like these books are going on foreverrrrrrrrr. With the amount of sex in them, you'd think she'd have claimed all the guys already, but nooooooooo. Again, there seems to be a distinct lack of urgency. She has been given two tasks: Learn her magic and claim her men, and she's really not doing a lot to accomplish the latter!

There's a lot of crossing swords, as there was in the previous books, and this is explained by saying that Luna can't always be with everyone or satisfy everyone, and they are all a family, so it's natural to be sexual within the family and fulfil each other's needs if Luna can't. But personally I feel that some of the men are getting neglected and that's why the other relationships are forming or are necessary. It's not like there's a free-for-all, because they gravitate to specific people, like Zuriel is with River (happened in book 2) and Dane is with Max (also happened in book 2). Which means that, to me, it's like forming specific relationships outside of Luna or that don't involve Luna. This is done with her complete knowledge and approval, as she says it's perfectly okay for them to be with whichever of the guys they want to be with. But I'm not sure how I feel about this, because like I said, in an RH, they are supposed to revolve around the FMC, not break off and create their own little pairs or groups. I really think 12 men in the harem are too many. And most of the time they don't even use lube, just thrust into each other's asses, which... ow ow ow. Just no.

Every single second of this book had me utterly entranced and completely obsessed.

I’m not even sure how this is humanely possible but the sex scenes are getting STEAMIER.
Rozie you have outdone yourself.

I’m like a kid in a candy shop when it comes to the smut, considering we have 12 delectable men with a variety of kinks and no shortage of sexual tension.
I can’t praise Rozie enough for her imaginative and absolutely panty-drenching intimate moments.

Just to touch on a few of my favourites…
Luc and Luna in the shower. The period. The biting. The intensity.
It was simply *chef’s kiss* if you ask me.
Then there’s daddy Everette … holy hell on a cracker.
His kink had me feeling some type of way.
As soon as he laid it all out there, with the kid room and everything I was immediately intrigued and excited.
It was such a treat to watch how that changed the sexual relationship dynamic and I’m dying to read more of that.

I’m glad to report that the relationships are feeling more cohesive and consistent in this book; I definitely felt as though it was more balanced in terms of affection between some of the men this time around.
I’m hoping this remains the case throughout the rest of the series.

I want to get to know the elementals better.
I don’t even know what they FULLY look like, as in, we haven’t gotten a complete description for Ashe and Zeph yet, if I’m not mistaken; that just irks me on principle.
I need to be able to picture them better in my head!
Otherwise, I’m eager to find out more about their pasts and see them spending more time with Luna.
I’m also curious about their relationships with each other and very much interested to see how that progresses with Luna in the mix.

Ty (my darling) already has such an amazing thing going with her, their reading sessions are getting spicer by the page (I guess that’s a pun).
He’s the sexy, nerdy, shy/quiet one, which obviously captured my heart in 0.3 seconds flat.
Don’t even get me going on the glasses..my weakness I tell you.
*clenching legs*
Moving on

We also have Ashe.
He is a royal pain in the beginning, not to mention a complete fucking whiney brat.
When Luna took the Dom position with him I was literally SHRIEKING.
I NEED more of that side of Luna and considering the sex swing room Ashe made in the back of his closet, I want to say we certainly will!
He does have some shit to make up for after all.
Eek! Give me all of it.

The ENDING.
Damn boys.. what an absolutely heart-melting surprise.
I was seriously NOT expecting such a grand gesture this soon and I’m literally speeding to book 3 to find out what happens next!

Luna has embraced all her men.
She’s unlocked access to her full powers and now she’s gotta get those portals open!
Shit is getting real with the plot and I’m REVELLING in this series thus far.

~4.5 stars~

Better than book 2 I think

I kind of lost interest in this series after book 2 for various reasons. I had decided to step away and tackle another series before coming back and I’m glad I did because I did find that I enjoyed this book more than the previous. I still felt as if the overall plot progression in regards to the prophecy seemed to slow down but the relationship progression seemed to be the main focus in this book which I think is important when dealing with 12 men in a harem.

I was happy to see Luna be more understanding and sympathetic towards certain men and their personal hang ups with the change in relationships especially Ty, Everett, Lucien, and Ashe. They all had reservations for various reasons and each of them had a fear of rejection but I was happy to see how she handled all of them. While I enjoy the MM in this series, I’m glad to see that has sort of faded into the background and seems more focused on Luna. I felt as of book 2 focused a little too much on certain men and their relationship with each other rather than Luna. There was still MM here but to me it seemed as if those encounters had a much more deeper meaning than simply satisfying one’s lust. As an example, Slade and Ashe’s encounter was a good demonstration of both of their unique sexual needs while also reminding them they will not be losing each other but gaining so much more.

It is included in the description but I wanted to reiterate the BDSM elements and age play in the book. Some of the characters need to have domination in the bedroom while others need to have submission from their partners. There is bondage, plenty of kinky sex toys, and master play. There is also Daddy and little girl kink. One of the men needs to dote on their loved one and be called Daddy. It’s not overly done to the point it’s continuously seen throughout the book but there are episodes where this type of play is done. It’s not something that is incredibly appealing to me as a reader but it wasn’t off putting either.

The grammar and editing seemed to be a bit sloppier than the other books. Several times the word “defiantly” was used instead of “definitely”. Omitted words and incorrect words seemed to be more frequent than what I remember from books 1&2.

I’m think I made the right choice in stepping away after book 2 for a brief period of time before continuing. I feel as if I’m invested into the characters and their story again so on to book 4!!

Well, lots could be said about this book (and the series as a whole).

You know how when you see an awful accident, and you can't tear your eyes away because you want - sometimes need - to know what happens? Yeah. That's the feeling I have with this series.

Do I love the plot? Yes. Very original, very intruiging. Marshall could go so far with the plot and themes in this series. But the fact this is book 3, and at the end she still hasn't finished claiming everyone, despite the propecy being LITERALY SPELLED OUT for her? I mean, come on! It's hand written instructions of who to bone and in what order. I get that they have hang-ups and stuff to build through, but it sounds like most of the men knew from a young age what their role could entail. Ugh, the lack of plot progession has my teeth on edge.
The execution however? Yeah, many times I've thought about abandoning the series because now it's getting too farfetched, too long winded. And holy fuck, the grammar and spelling issues?! I'm sorry. but does Marshall not have an editor read through this before she hit publish? A grade-schooler would be able to pick up in a lot of her mistakes. The problem is that each subsequent book is worse than the first. I could look it over in book one, but now.... seriously.
Let's not factor in the complete lack of diversity in the cast of characters. Yes, we have the different races, but they're all hot, white, "well endowed" and mostly build like brick-shithouse men. I'm even starting to lose definition between the different races/magical abilities. Witches are so close to Elementals (or at least River and Max's powers are very elemental based).
And don't get me started on the smut. Let's be honest, I love smut. It's honestly what got me into the RH genre to begin with. But there is such a thing as too much. A lot of this is unecessary. Let's not forget to mention the kinks. I'm not one to kink shame - people love what they love - but the fact most of the guys all have a kink that needs to be fulfilled and Luna just bends to accept them? Either she is a very innocent 23 year old, or a very mature one. Cause some of those scenes even made me blush or go "WFT, NO!" multiple times.

Yet still, I have this almost need to find out what happens. Curse me.

I almost never write an actual review, but I wanted to leave some feedback for the author and other readers.

Let’s start with the positives, shall we? I find the premise of the series intriguing. Fated mates (sparks) and restoring magic to the world is a great start. Add in steamy sex scenes, and it’s even better. I love seeing the variety of hijinx the crew gets up to.

Now here’s where I’m struggling. The grammar and spelling are absolutely atrocious. This book has been the worst by far. Please invest in (at least) a good copy editor or proofreader; if you already have one, fire her or him! Some examples would include the copious use of “defiantly” rather than the intended “definitely” and “wreathing” in place of “writhing” in several places. Also use the correct form of hear/here and you’re/your please! All of this really detracted from the readers’ enjoyment of the story. Your ideas are wonderful, and I believe you’re a good writer. Just fix up the grammar and spelling.

The other thing bothering me is the relationships among the men who sparked with each other before meeting Luna. Aside from Lucien and Everette, the men seem to be so focused on relationships with new people that they appear to be neglecting their own sparks. I was under the impression that sparks were equivalent to soulmates, yet everyone is pairing off with someone outside their spark groups. Why not have the newbies pair up rather than “break up” long-standing relationships?

I’d give the sex scenes 4 ⭐️, the plot 3⭐️, and the grammar 1⭐️. Overall 2.5⭐️. I’m invested in the storyline and will continue to read, despite all of my cringing and having to put the book down in frustration. Hopefully the next 2 have better editing.

I dig this series a lot. It’s super hot and well written. I like the personalities and back stories of the men even if Luna is somewhat of a dead fish.🙄 I read reverse harem for the men 🥰not for the typically bobble-headed MC.

This 3rd book of the series is ok and furthers the story a little, but here are my main issues:

1. The word “cummies” is the worst word in the human language and should never, ever be uttered. It’s not sexy, it’s a total turn off. yuck! There has to be a better word to use in relationships like that? Please find it and use it. Lol!

2. Here we are at the end of yet another 350+ book and Luna still hasn’t claimed all the men. Come the fuck on already! 🙄🙄

3. Here’s my biggest issue: nothing happens! There has been so little actual action that this series (granted I’ve only finished book 3) is on the verge of being boring. The entire series has been Luna claiming the men and renovating the cave. That’s it. Yep, that’s it. I’m all for fucking and nesting, but I don’t want damn near 400 pages of that!!!

It took me 10 days to read the book because it’s so light on actual action. I kept finding myself getting bored then putting the book down in favor of anime.

I pray that the goddess deems us readers worthy of giving us something with some meat on its bones, something worth getting truly excited about. 🤔

One of the Hottest RH I’ve ever read

Y’all this book put me through so much emotional turmoil. Not only was I invested in Luna’s relationship with each of the guys, I was also invested in each guy’s relationship with one another. I know Ashe can be such a butt munch but I found myself sympathizing with him and wanting to cry for him. He’s been through a lot and fear really drives people to act in certain ways and he’s no different. Also holy crap this was the first time I’ve read Daddy/ little kink and I don’t think I was prepared. Everette is definitely one of my favorite guys and I kind of wasn’t shocked he was the one with the kink, don’t get me wrong it was hot at times but I was not prepared. I think I needed the vanilla version of the daddy kink first. I did end up finding some of it hot though. Lol I’m not sure why I’m rambling this was an amazing read and I can’t wait for the next book.

This review is for the whole series, it is now complete.

First, lets talk about the story line. It was good, a paranormal "find the magic" trope, where the female main character is not aware she is supernatural until she meets the first of her men. After she has come to terms with being supernatural, she has to save the world, with the help of her fated mates and some friends. The story line is good, the characters develop deeply enough that you know what to expect from each person in the harem. Its a large harem, but the reader knows how she connects to each guy, and their relationships make sense.

Now, lets talk about the hot hot hot relationship scenes. WHEW! With so many guys, there are a lot of them! In all configurations, so expect many MM scenes, some with, some without the FMC. The guys develop relationships with each other, romantic and familial, outside of the scope of the female, which made this book so nicely tied up into its happy ending.

God damn... where to start.

Firstly, we have met all of the mates finally and I was shaking my head at every new arrival. I even started to predict their appearances and hated that I was right. They're all beautiful, ripped, well endowed, WHITE men. In fact, every single character in this series is WHITE. I was screaming for *some* kind of diversity, and nada. Seriously?

Secondly. I know there was a warning for DD/Lg in this book but I was NOT expecting age play. That's a hard no for me (I'm not kink shaming just stating that I can't handle it, each to their own) I usually like DD books but holy fucking hell, age play needed to be added to the warnings.

Finally- what 23 year old refers to going toilet as "potty" (this was from book one and unrelated to age play) it's said so much throughout the series and it's WEIRD.

Great read

Another great installment in this series. I love that the author gives us moments with each one of the characters so we eventually get to know all of their backgrounds and personalities. The suspense is building and it's clear that they have a dangerous mission in the near future.

I also love how the author gave the characters some specific preferences and really explores those deeper. This is something that a lot of romance lacks until we get in the smut over plot genre. I feel like the balance between those 2 is perfect in this one, it has a solid plot and focus on character and relationship building

DNF welp, I said I would give book three a try and, I did. It’s just bad really. The relationships between the guys seem more solid than any of their relationships with Luna. It’s all tell no show. It reads like a list. “I did this. Then he did that. Then this happened. Next we did this. Then I did that.” Just on and on like that and it was boring. It’s like listening to an influencer do a story time about how chipotle got their order wrong, if I’m being honest lol I tried really hard to be as nice as possible with my review of book two but I can’t even pretend with this one. I wanted to like this story and see how everything plaid out but, I’m just bored at this point.

Hot, hot, hot

Rozie Marshall keeps steady with all the high heat in her series but throws in a mix of reality with emotions and struggles as one Goddess born woman wrangles in her twelve sparked mates - some quick, some slower and a couple that keeps you wondering if and how it will come around. With having to claim twelve, the story line is slower and stretched out farther than most series, but it sucks you in as you get pleasantly lost within all the expanded family dynamics.

I don’t even know where to begin! There are so many twists in this one that I didn’t expect. I thought that I was going to love Sora and then she pulled all that crap. I would like to see them interact more with the outside families. Slade’s kink? Ashe’s past? I need them to take Draven down already, but that probably won’t happen until the very end! I also need to know what happens once she claims ALL of them, 9 down, 3 to go. I really hope that we get to see the future that she saw!

Just getting started!

This story is just getting started and I am here to stay for all of it the love that these men have for her and her for them is beyond what you would expect when there are 12 of them! She knows each of them. The struggles to build the relationships with the dangers and time not being on your side bring everything to life. How can you not love this book series!

Good story

Typos drove me slightly nuts! Defiantly vs definitely and close vs clothes... But! I loved Ty's progression! Ashe's was ok, but I'm one of those weirdos that think life has too many donkeys as it is, and don't really care for them in stories, but when you've got 12 people and you need to make each one stand out, I get it. Going to look for the next one in this series!

The group connects

The group connects often and their bonds strengthen. Some growing pains along the path towards their HEA, but nothing worth banging your head on the table or screaming into a pillow at someone's angsty stupidity. They each try to find their place in the very large group. Not much movement on the world wide magic saving quest -- lots of practice. A steamy RH to satisfy even the Incubus.

Dude.... this series really is great but it could have been better with a good editor... the hookup scenes are super HOT 🔥🥵😍 but the punctuation and grammar issues took away from the story... im the type of reader than can skip over it if the story is good enough so I finished and still loved it but I know some ppl aren't like that.. would have given the whole series a 5 star if it weren't for that but I'd still recommend it if you want some good smut :)

Medium-Burn, awesome sex, great characters and their growth throughout the series. Love each and everyone. This author really delves into some different kinks for each of the guys. Note there are 12 of them and each one is very different. Overall a great series and fun to read. I really love this author.

Another great read!

Rozie is such a good world-builder. She transports you right into the story with the characters to where it feels like you are right there with them! Tons more sex in this book and I'm all for it! Can't wait to see the rest of the guys get claimed and then married to Luna. I have fallen in love with this series.

She still hasn't claimed them all...this is taking a while. I still really like it. There is a lot of kinks going on. Which is fine, but she is okay with all of it. It's kinda almost like she is too perfect, she's gotta not like something right.
