came for the kitschy 70’s not science backed advice & was not expecting to be met with so much wisdom and guidance later on in the book. i feel like i read this one at the perfect time in my life and will absolutely come back to it. Naura’s spirit and self assuredness is contagious! love love love

I borrowed this book from a friend and look forward to giving it back. I could not even finish reading it.
This is one persons opinion on diet, vitamins, etc. The whole book seemed like a sales pitch for her Shake. .
I believe in vitamins too and I am glad she found something that works, but, I don't believe her claim that it can help everyone. We are all different and vitamins, diet, etc. should not be a one size fits all, approach.

I think it is interesting how books like this become popular when there are little to no facts to back up the content. Naura was very persistent on how yeast is necessary for a healthy lifestyle, yet nowadays it is not even a slight thought. Please, Don't take this the wrong way, I enjoyed reading this book, it was a comical gift from my friends for my 25th birthday.

Found an autographed copy of this in the basement of the house in which I'm subletting. It oozes 1970s. Tempted to try the milkshake recipe
