Cahan Associates is a design house that specializes in annual reports. Their approach doesn’t begin with aesthetics, but with solving communication problems. That’s why their work feels both brilliant and diverse—each design is driven by clarity of message rather than style alone.
A truly inspiring book. Five stars.

Amazing insight into the process of one of the most prolific and masterful design firms in the country. Filled with all sorts of inspiration and advice for harnessing and refining the chaos that is the creative mind in order to produce something beautiful. Most important take-away from this: You have to have a concise, cohesive message.
