Very nice book and very informative about our fur friends. It has lots of good information about the most common breeds of cats, and more. I highly recommend.

I just finished reading The Complete Cat Owner's Manual by Susie Page. Solid book from kitty to cat information is helpful especially, I image, for new kitty/cat parents. Only drawback is that they didn't have a picture of my tuxedo cat, Cleopatra.

Half of the book is bread of cats with great pictures, the other half is just encouraging you to pick up any old cat out of a dumpster and plop her in your house because any cat is the best cat. Couldn't agree more!

I had never owned a pet, let alone a cat when I bought this book. I adopted a cat and then bought this book as I really knew nothing about cats. I told my co-worker that I bought a book about cats and she said, "What is there that you need to know"? Well, I learned alot from this book. I found it to be very informative regarding cat safety, health problems, ageing , etc. This is a great reference book for anyone that owns and loves a cat. If your cat has an accident, car or otherwise, the book will tell you what to do.

My go-to book for cat info. Short, sweet, to the point. Not too expensive, it has nice pictures, several breeds in the back of the book and very informative and organized. Everything I look for in a cat care book in a good size. Recommended.

Not a bad guide for a newbie, but as someone who has had two cats and fostered kittens, most of it is old news. The species pages are interesting, though.
