Hot but ...
An interesting start to story but became choppy and disconnected as it progressed. The romantic scenes were hot but don't make up for the poor editing or proof reading.
I've read about 15 of Blue Saffire books in a row because I've enjoyed the stories, characters and romantic scenes were smoking. But I've become more aware of editing issues with each successive book. So it might be time to take a break and pick up again later with fresh eyes.

I am really, really tired of the editing issues always present in this author's published work
Enjoyed the story but just couldn't get past the numerous editing errors. I really enjoy this author's work, but I'm reaching my limit on the number of editing errors always to be found, especially in this novella. There were instances of multiple errors on a page and just using spellchecker isn't cutting it. Just as an author expects to be paid for their work, as the consumer, I expect the quality in the purchased product as well as respect for the readers. I shouldn't have to decipher what word or words should have been used in a sentence. The stars were deducted because of this constant and recurring issue.

Let go and love
Wow! This is off the damn chain! Blue has done it again and let me say it was definitely worth the wait! This tells all that was going on behind the scenes with Nelson and Talina; how strong Detra’s and Nelson’s friendship is. Also, we see more of what makes Detra Nelson’s badass right-hand!
Cristóbal and Detra are a sexual inferno and Cristóbal isn’t going to let her keep running from their love. It’s good to see Detra almost vulnerable and discombobulated at Cristóbal’s changing their agreement and in denial about her love for him.
Not sure who the woman is that’s gone or who may or may not have Malcom but I know that with Cristóbal, Detra, Nelson and Talina, things are just getting started!

Not finish
This book (which is the second book in this series) still does not provided you with who is behind all that is happening. This book is almost 3years old and the 3rd book has not come out yet, that's why I rated it 3 stars. I like Blue's books, and I understand that a writer may go from one series to another depending on which one is speaking to them. However I have been waiting for Hush 3, Baller 3, Logan and Brooklyn's book who appeared in Legally Bound and Brother Black, Misha's book who appeared in Legally Bound the other band members story in Perfect For Me for some time now. I don't want to turn away from this author because I enjoy reading her books, however I don't like waiting forever and a day for loose ends to be tied up.

💙 valentines
Do you have one click authors? Blue Saffire is most definitely on my one click list and this book is another reason why. Although it’s just a novella, it is just as satisfying as her other books. I love that the heroine is a strong character that doesn’t need saving. She doesn’t allow her attraction for the hero to leaver her senseless but you can still feel the heat between them. It was nice to catch up with Nelson and Talia and get some answers to their story and I can’t wait to connect the rest of the dots when Manny and Gabriella’s story comes out. Keep them coming Ms. Saffire, your coming soon list has my one click finger very itchy!

I’m Done Waiting!!
How long will I have to wait for my wife to come home to me? Cristóbal,has waited a very long time for his wife to finally fall in love with him, The problem was he waited 18 years to tell his wife that he was in love with her. I love how it all unfolded, and how they both came to the same conclusion. It wasn’t with out difficulties, and problems along the way, that had to be dealt with before they could find their happily ever after. Great job Blue Saffire you have another hit on your hands.

Overall Good story
Whenever I see a new release from Blue it's an instant one-click purchase. I love the strong women and the men they love and Perry's in each novel/novella. The reason for the 3 stars? ...the grammatical errors. A few here and there I can get passed but when it comes to completely wrong words or missing words where I have to figure out what should be there is distracting. Love Blue, love her books, not so much the lack of editing in this one, love. Still one-click buying though ☺

This book is breathtaking in painting a picture with words. A h/h that has many layers with characters that tie this intricate storyline together. Mighty Cristo
I usually don't go for the May/Dec romance but Cristo has me rethinking the idea. Detra and Cristo were great together and I loved how he put his cards on the table in how he felt about about her. If you want a H &h that act like "grown folks", and action packed this is the book for you

Ms. Blue does it again. Don't let the title fool you this is more than a Valentine story. There are some ins and outs you have to follow. Detra and Cristo are hawt as hell! Don't let the gray hair fool you. Can't wait to read about Manny and Gabby. Keep up the awesome work.

A great story
But I'm not used to such bad editing from Blue Sapphire. Misspelled words really distracted me from what should have very been a fantastic story. I'm not used to such poor quality from an author who is always on my short list. I'll keep reading your work; but you are going to back to bringing your "A" game.

A Valentine's book in March? It's Blue, so yeah I'm for it!
ALWAYS a fan and certified Blue Saffire junkie. Anyway..... Detra and Cristobal may have taken the long road, but they got there. Looking forward to more of these two, I know they gonna be a force your not gonna want to test. Also can't wait to see how Manny going to show how you don't mess with what's his.

Omg! This writer could be so much better if she spent the time (or money apparently) to edit her books.
The errors are basic and quite annoying. It distracts from her stories; found myself rolling my eyes thinking, how could they miss this?!’
Sidenote: I experience the same thing for everyonr of her books. Maybe I should gv up on her?

I'm mad it a novella lol
Cristina and Detra were something serious. They remind me a lot of LaSalle and Tasha of the Legally Bond Series ( in a good way). Their chemistry was off the charts. Cristobal is out here making all the silver foxes look real zaddyish. I can't wait to see what Blue has in store for us next. #reccommend

Worth it
I enjoyed this book. It was another great story. Everything was super HOT!! about this couple, loved them. The four, not five stars are for the editing. Having to reread sentences placing the correct word, plural or singular tense through out the entire book is annoying. I expected better from such an experienced author.

Great Sequel
Great Sequel but I could not get past the excessive typos. It seems that this book was rushed and went unedited so it could be released on time. If I had the actual book i would have marked red all over it and mailed it back. This cannot be the work of Blue Saffire.

There story is 🔥🔥🔥🔥
I love their story Detra and Cristobal of the Valentines novella this one was my favourite they were so passionate and devoted to each other. A really great storyline really. I gave it four stars because of the errors in this book I really expect better from her books.

It is a decent start to your plan for a new series, but the many editing issues made it less than a great start. I will wait until the official release to determine if it is one that will pull me in. As far as personality, the main characters were over top and not really endearing! It appears at the end that they may mellow, as a child between them is now involved. Will wait and see!

I have devoured all of the books in the realm of the legally bound world. Blue saffire 's world building is phenomenal and I am very excited to see what happens next. Especially with Logan his brothers and Trevor from the Ballers series. Wow what a ride. If you are looking for fantastic books with great twists. Blue Saffire's books are the way to go.

I liked Detra and Cristo together. I also liked that we got answers to questions that were pending in Nelson and Talina's story. Now Manny and Gabriella's story will spring from this story. I just hope I an find. I love Ms Saffire but sometimes we're left hanging when it comes to her stories.....

Old Love ❤️
Blue~really knows how to weave a love story about business gangsters and women bosses. Very fast paced and entertaining read. Detra was stubborn and sweet at the same time. Cristo was an alpha boss of bosses with a soft sweetness Detra that was passionate without being cheesy. Good read !

Normally I do not give many 5 stars but this book had it all beyond the steaming hot sex scenes. It showed loyalty and love at another level for one's family, extended family and significant other. Highly recommend.

I do enjoyed Cristobol and Detra's story. I always seem to call in love with Blue's male leafs. Cristiano is no exception. I want to learn more about him, his brother !many as well as Detra's bestie Nelson.
