The recipes are clearly written with all instructions and are totally keto. The pictures actually match the recipes and are delicious looking! My mouth was watering as I read through the recipes in this little book. I will be cooking the Cauliflower Popcorn later today!
This is a great book, but the so-called "ebook" appears to be simply a photocopy of the printed version that is available online. This makes it extremely difficult to use on a smartphone reading app. A huge disappointment because the recipes sound great, but are hard to use because of inappropriate formatting.
