I liked the story well enough that I would read more of her books.I did not enjoy the constant misspellings and run on sentences,or the bad syntax.I have would Just get into reading the story and it would have words in wrong context or form,or missing words so I had to fill in.I am no English professor but the one I did have drilled into me to use spell check on everything I turned in.
Rose Pressey really, really delivered an extraordinary ghostly mystery with this addition to the series. I absolutely couldn't put it down. It had so many on the edge of my seat moments and had me glued to every page. I was definitely spell bound throughout the entire story. All I can say is WOW!!!!! Absolutely phenomenal! So glad Brannon and Ripley are engaged!! Can't wait for Ripley's next ghostly adventure!!!!
This story was full of twists and turns that kept you wondering what would happen next. Now that Ripley and Brannon owned the haunted museum, they have even more encounters with ghosts. A ghost who sent them a haunted vase is haunting Ripley to find out who murdered him. Ripley finds herself in the fight for her life that could really be the end. This is a very exciting story and I will not give any spoilers but it was well worth the read. I loved it.
Rip is getting ready to open the Haunted Museum when there's a murder outside the Library and she recieves a mysterious parcel. Not only does she have ghosts to deal with but maybe a Demon and the murderer. This book had me gripped from start to finish.
I really enjoy this series. It's a spooky setting with great characters. As with so many series books, though, they get a little predictable. I like mysteries. They are my favorite. I like a book that is smartly written and makes the reader think so as not to insult our intelligence. Make us work for it. Otherwise it's just too easy. The I you for all your hard work.
This book was so good! I could not put it down and had to finish it before I could go to sleep. Super tired, but so worth it! This book actually had me scared, with all the doors slamming and people getting attacked...I had to finish just to make sure I could end on a happy note, which it did! Loved the ending! This is a must read!
New ghost, greedy characters, killing characters, also our well loved characters continue to make a great mystery. Hopefully this isn't your first Rose Preset book because you have been missing out. Read them all!
This is another great book in this series and another mystery has been solved. I really enjoyed reading this book. If you love mystery’s this is the book for you. And I really loved the ending in this book.
Rip gets caught up in a haunted vase mystery and this time, she’s the target and so are her loved ones. This one got a little bit more spooky than the others but it was a good mystery and I enjoyed every word.
Of all of Ms Pressey's series this is the least consistent. The editing is often less than well done. It seems sometimes like this is just a throwaway that she keeps at because it sells. I hope for better in the future.
A great book by Rose Pressey. I like all the continuing characters. Everyone is developing, even the grouchy ghost in the cemetery. Can’t wait for the next one!!!
The 12th book in the Ghostly Haunted Tour Guide Mystery series. Ripley Van Raden is a librarian and haunted tour guide. Delightful paranormal cozy mystery.
The story plot was very good. I enjoyed the story but whom ever typed it should be fired. Some sentences I had to read over and over to figure out what was being written. Missed spelled words, misplaced words, skipped words, words missed in a sentence was in the next sentence. Typos by the hundreds. I didn't pay to read a book that poorly typed. FIRE THE TYPISTS!
Another great read from Rose Pressey! This book I feel had a lot more mystery and action in it than some of the others. It just kept you in suspense till the end. You kind of figured one person was not going to be a nice person but you just thought it would end at trying to take Rips job. So good!
