If you need to sharpen your political reasoning, Bell's your man. Yes, I know this was back in 1982, but his way of seeing things is spot on. Plus he's the funniest cartoonist I've ever read. It's also interesting to note how certain things in the Bell cannon have changed along the way, like the Penguin
