All you need.

Mr. Dorsey outlined all the basic things you need to progress in fitness. Some people overwhelm themselves at the beginning of their journey and over analyze things instead of focusing on few key points and sticking through it and being consistent with it. Very nice short read and wished that I knew these stuffs from the start of my fitness career.
