The highlight of Yuuto Shibamoto's work day has been gazing at the german shepherd who comes to visit with his owner. One day, when cleaning up outside the dog excitedly jumps on Yuuto and the owner comes running out with a sour look on his face. Yuuto thinking that the owner is displeased grumbles about how such a scary guy could own such a cute dog. Then the two unexpectedly meet again later that day in class. There Yuuto finds out that the owner's name is Inukai and that he wasn't angry, that's just his face. The two begin spending more time together and Yuuto finds his heart racing around Inukai.
This started out very strong. Inukai and Yuuto are so cute, but then it kind of devolved? Yuuto became too childish and it felt like Inukai constantly had to force him into wanting to be intimate with him. Like pre-relationship Yuuto was thinking about Inukai in that way even a little after they started dating he was wondering why their relationship wasn't changing, but then when Inukai reciprocated and wanted to kiss him or touch him Yuuto would freak out/cry/run away. And it's completely fine for Yuuto to be afraid of his first time and I don't condone the Inukai's forcefulness, but I don't understand the switch. It just made Yuuto seem like more of a little kid despite them being the same age. Plus it felt so repetitive it was frustrating. By the end it was like Yuuto didn't care about Inukai at all and just wanted to hang out with the dog.
I'm pretty bummed because I was looking for a cute and wholesome relationship with a little bit of intimacy. I mean it was that, but idk it could be better.
This was cute. These two bond because Ouki has a dog and Yuuto loves dogs. They soon realize that they both want more then friendship.
Both characters were cute in their own way but sometimes I was a little annoyed at how whiny Yuuto is. Also there is this one scene that is dub-con which I really didn’t appreciate. I do get that Yuuto is super shy, especially when it comes to everything intimate, but I still wish the situation was handelt different.
Besides that one little scene this really was cute and I will read vol. 2 as well.
Simply adorable. Dog centric with a little dose of clinging nii-chan. Don't expect super sexy times, as Shibamoto is a virgin and super shy. Inuaki in his running clothes makes great eye candy however.
Waaww~ it was so cute! Shibamoto is so funny and I really loved their interactions~~ It doesn't hurt that the art is really pretty, I specially like how sensei draws hands.
Ahora que lo vuelvo a leer, no creo poder conservarle sus 5 estrellas de cuando lo leí en mayo pasado. Es una historia tierna, pero se queda ahí, es todo lo bueno / 3.5
