I got this book as a birthday gift from a fellow socialist. It contains commentary from around the world upon the death of Karl Marx in 1883. Workers all over the world paid tribute to his revolutionary revelation of the workings of the cruel system of capitalism. His work inspired workers everywhere by enlightening them as to their true situation in the world and by explaining what they must do, as the only revolutionary class, to change the system. The editor also included a few sour grapes articles written by those who supported capitalism and/or even monarchy, but theirs were pretty much damp squibs compared to the universal praise for this man. Highly recommended if you can get hold of a copy.
