The complete Cimmerian Cage series box set, including: Kissed by Wildfire Kissed by Moonlight Kissed by Midnight And three box set-exclusive stories: Three Against the World Inquisitor's Desk Time Out of Time
In the Cage, nothing is what it seems. It’s inescapable. And I’m dead in the sights of four insatiable and sexy men.
My name is Lu Darke. I’m a witch by birth and an arsonist by accident, but I never thought I’d find myself in a place like this. Cimmerian Reform Academy, called ‘the Cage’ by its students, was once an asylum, but now I’m forced to call it home.
My roommate hates me, the Headmistress has a sinister agenda, and worst of all, students have a habit of dying young and fast in the Cage. If I don’t watch my step, I might be the next to go, but help could come from dangerous places… for a price.
Roman and Shane were imprisoned for illegal shifting, and they look at me like they want to rip off my clothes with their fangs.
Professor Steele is a hard taskmaster whose special brand of punishment leaves me craving more.
And in the darkness beneath the Cage lurks the most deadly of predators- Locke, a vampire who walks through my dreams with a thirst for more than my blood.
Secrets lie in wait behind the black doors, students vanish overnight, and everyone hides what they really want. In the case of these four, however, what they want is crystal clear: me.
Kissed by Moonlight Life in the Cage is already hard, and my four gorgeous guardians aren’t making it any easier.
I’m Lu Darke, student, prisoner, and wielder of the rare magic wildfire. The Headmistress of the Cimmerian Reform Academy is definitely up to something sinister, but I’m not escaping the Cage until I’ve unraveled its mysteries. A mysterious ghost is following me, a new Divination professor is taking my nemesis under her wing, and Holly’s sketchbook promises a grim future.
I’m not going down without a fight.
Roman Frost ripped my heart open and he’s back for more, but there’s no way I’m letting him in again.
Shane is my pillar and champion, but the territorial need to mark me is driving him mad, and his visions grow darker by the day.
Professor Steele has promised me his heart, but whatever he’s hiding might be an insurmountable obstacle between us.
And Locke has finally ventured from the depths of Cimmerian. It hurts him to be so close to my blood without a taste, and he can’t fight his true nature forever.
Cimmerian’s secrets are much darker than I ever could have believed, and they threaten to destroy us all- but one of my protectors might be the key.
Kissed by Midnight When darkness descends, secrets come to light…
Just when I thought I could be happy in the walls of the Cage with my four dark protectors, everything crumbled beneath my feet. Three of them have marked me. Two are bound to my soul. And one has been lying from the day we met.
With Locke’s grip on sanity slowly unraveling, the Frosts taken over by their fiercely territorial natures, and Dominic’s unrelenting thirst for revenge, it’s all I can do to hold us together.
Because it’s time to take the fight to the darkness and burn out the corruption with wildfire. And if we make it out alive… Cimmerian will be ours.

Wow! This was amazing! I’m literally dying for more of this group lots of questions I hope we see more from the them Maybe a spin off could def see a whole series based around how it ended please please write it! I will def be buying this series to re read over and over again!
This series was so insanely amazing. I still want more of this amazing cast of characters.
I was so excited to start this series as I had read another series from this author and enjoyed it. Book two was a little slow for me. But now that I have finished book three I see that it laid a lot of ground work. Book three kept me at the age of my seat the entire time. I bit my nails to nubs in anticipation of what would happen next.
SPOILERS . . I still have so many unanswered questions remaining for me. Does she find her father? Why didn’t her and Shane have a baby? Did daphne join her coven? How is the school now that it’s all set up? I would LOVE a series with Simone attending Wildehaven as he grows up in the school. Seeing the students, hearing how everyone grows and moves forward.
Probably wishful thinking from a book fan who was extremely pleased with how this series built such a fantastical world for me. Can’t wait to read the companion series.
Let me first just say that this was a pretty decent RH Academy romance (?) with an interesting premise, some good characters that have great chemistry together yet the author also isn’t afraid to have some intense negative moments, betrayal and deception aimed at that same core group. The author doesn’t shy away from graphic sex scenes but also doesn’t rely on that to carry the plot forward. So far, so good.
I was enjoying this right up until the end. After the characters get their HEA the author then throws out more crumbs. “Oh, goodie!” thinks I - until the author doesn’t follow through! This would have been a 3.5-4 star book, but throwing out all those teasers regarding the future as Shane saw it, and leaving the reader (me) hanging, has me miffed enough that I’m giving it three stars ⭐️
Perhaps try the individual books so you don’t get the bonus stories if you have a problem with hanging threads.
This series was spectacularly good! I looooooved all the guys, Lu’s honing of her power, the secondary characters, and how engaging the plot was from start to finish. The epilogue and bonus scenes were so wonderful to read, and I’d love to see a glimpse of their life down the line with some of what Shane Saw (IYKYK). The steam was streaming in this one, to my eternal delight. One drawback that I personally had was feeling like Lu’s characterization slipped at times, and she was portrayed pretty weakly in certain conflict scenes. But it didn’t detract majorly from the story or my enjoyment, so I’m content to roll with it. I’m looking forward to continuing with Cate’s backlist and future books!
Lu is a great character. She bends with her tribulations and survives all the tortures that Headmistress Gilt and her ilk put in her path. I think my favorite part of the series is how she handles Daphne. Of course the ending was good too. I loved the HEA for her and her four men. Each man had strengths that taught her to be stronger. It was their love that supported her throughout her story. I enjoyed every bit of this series.
I love the pace of this book. The twist and turns, with all of the steamy details ( who doesn’t love that!). The only thing I wish is the epilogue was longer. I need to know the definite answers. Like did Dom get his arm back, or do they have more that two children, and is Lu going to be a house cat? Otherwise great book.
I liked this series, didn't love it by book 3. While I did like the story and the characters, it got to be a bit much by the end. Not that I would ever complain about the "love scenes" but by the end, they just took away from the story and I was really disappointed in the ending. I don't know if there is another book planned for this series.
Well written. Great storyline and characters. Would read it again. Plenty sex but the story is just brilliant with twists and turns. Don't want sex skip a couple of pages. And read the story. Win, win.
This story has awesome characters with an ever changing and expanding storyline that I loved. The steam between Lu and her men will have you fanning yourself. Great read, great author!!
I’m glad I reread this as the box set. Still as good as the first time if not better. Well the extra stories at the end made it better. But come on, I wanted the hand fasting part. So we could no the secret to two! /pouts 😝
Dear Ms Corvin I would very, very much like to hear the story of who Lu's father turns out to be... That thread just kinda fizzles out. Maybe a short story? Pweeeease 🙏
I still quite enjoyed this series. The dark academia vibes are immaculate. I do feel like the thread about her dad should have been resolved though. It's an odd thing for Gilt to say she could trace such a rare gift as wildfire, and then it is never brought up again.
I loved this series. Miss. Corvin's stories are was always intriguing, sexy, and well written. Although its mostly for mature audiences its written very tastefully.
A good story with suspense, lots of hot sex, character growth, interesting mix of paranormal characters. However, I got a bit confused with some details and I felt things were repetitive, but overall an OK read.
