This is the authoritative source for the history of the Inchon-Seoul campaign in the Korean War. Heinl possesses a thorough understanding of military matters and can accurately and effectively translate them into a gripping narrative that can be appreciated by both the military historian and the casual reader. Sw3ping in both scope and detail, I have yet to encounter an account of the Inchon Campaign that even comes close to this classic of military history. Highly recommended.
