I tried very hard to like this book. After all, I’m immensely enjoying good, dirty MC books that mix love and romance with dark and gritty.
Ravage Me, though was not a book for me. I really did try to see the positive aspects of it but after I reached the ending I was disappointed in myself. Why is that, you ask? Well, I promised myself hundreds or even thousands times that I won’t be torturing myslef and wasting precious reading time on something that only pisses me off.
And yet here I’m angry, frustrated and completely tired of going against my bookworm’s instinct. I should’ve ditched Ravage Me instantly after finding the thing that ticked me off. But no, I continued the journey through insta-love hell.
The story is about Harlow, a daughter of VP, who just finished her sentence in prison. She was there for two years, and now she can finally go back to her life with MC. Harlow also wants to get revenge on the chick that put her behind the bars and she won’t stop till she her blood on her fingers.
When she was away the club patched few more members and one of them is sexy Cruz.
Harlow sees Cruz and lust after him immediately. Cruz sees Harlow and wants her pussy, two seconds later… Cruz thinks Harlow is his ol’ lady. Five seconds later… they fall in love and have sex, lots of sex. Oh, and yeah it totally doesn’t matter that Harlow never sleeps with patched brothers.
In one day Cruz . That was insane. Too rushed and so unrealistic… Just no.
The story, the plot, other characters even if they held a great potential were bleached for me, because I simply couldn’t let go of the insta love. I loathed it so much I felt queasy every time Cruz or Harlow were confessing their undying love.
What was wrong with these people? THERE IS NO WAY YOU LOVE SOMEONE AFTER ONE DAY OR JUST ONE LOOK. Yes, of course you can be attracted to this person. Yes, you can lust after him/her but it’s just NEED TO HAVE SEX. That’s it. Nothing more. So please, don’t throw at me this unrealistic bullshit were the unicorns are puking pink glitter and the heroine’s pussy is made of gold. Puhlease. Have mercy.
I love to read good, heartbreaking, realistic romances. I love to see how and why people fall in love. This all process is what intrigues me and catches my attention. Without it the book is just pointless, boring and stupid. Without it I have no interest of reading further.
So, Insta Love is Insta Turn off. You don’t mind it much, go for it. You absolutely, hate, loathe, dislike it? Stay away.

DNF at 27%.
Where do I even begin to tell what I didn't like about this book.
First, the heroine is supposed to be kick ass/bad ass but she is so determined to be that way that it comes off as forced. It didn't flow or come naturally at all.
Then there's the scene where No ... just no.
Then we move on to Where the location is or not, that is just jacked.
Here's a quote that just squicked me out completely "Dagger has been my uncle, which I use the term loosely because he's always trying to fuck me, for as long as I can remember." Ewww...
Then another quote, mind you this is after the H and h have known eachother for ONE DAY. "You're gonna be my ol' lady. You're gonna be part of Cooper's life. I'm not having her hanging around."
Another quote after a day of "knowing" each other. "Normally she wore her heart on her sleeve." Really, you know this after a whole day? And that day just happened to be the day she was released from prison after 2 years, so of course she is her usual self under those circumstances...
And here's another lovely quote for you
Then there is the usage of "club mommas" instead of just calling them sluts...
Yeah, I'm done. No more for me, please. Just couldn't do it.

Well, I think it’s safe to say that this book pushed me pretty far out of my comfort zone. It’s all sharp corners and harsh edges – if you’re expect hearts and flowers and a soft, beautiful romance, trust me, you’re not going to find it here.
This story explodes out of the blocks right from the very beginning and its breakneck speed doesn’t let up – it’s pulsating, dynamic and it pretty much left me breathless. I will say that some of the action, some of the decisions made by the central characters left me a little nonplussed and I struggled to grasp their motivation and reasons.
The story centres around Harlow ‘Princess’ Galveson who has just got out of prison after serving two years for a crime she didn’t commit. She was framed and the first thought on her mind is revenge. She’s the daughter of the VP of Ravage MC and she heads straight home to the clubhouse on her release to retrieve her bike and get her quest for vengeance on the road. While she’s been away, a new guy, Cruz, has been patched in and he takes one look at her riding her bike to orgasm and decides she’s his Ole Lady! Trust me, it happens that quickly and this is after he’s held a gun to her head after she took down another club member.
Harlow, our heroine, is really a girl like no other I have read. She has cojones of steel and is so alpha, she’s practically a dude. She’s foul-mouthed, violent and overtly sexual and it’s hard to get inside her mindset – she’s really not an easy heroine to identify with. A lot of the time I found myself cringing at her actions and some of the things she said.
I did really like Cruz who is a single father to the adorable Cooper. Cruz is tough, macho, alpha and totally badass. I think he did fall too quickly for Harlow and I’m not a huge fan of instalove in the books I read but I did enjoy the time he and Harlow shared a page together – very hot and very sexual.
The story just gallops along – there’s really not a dull moment and, despite the heroine being way too much for my tender tastes, I did find myself absorbed by the story. I really wanted to know how it would all work out. I think, if you’re a fan of MC romance novels, then you will like this one a lot. The whole set up is very reminiscent of Sons of Anarchy and it’s brutal, full of badly behaved bikers, rough, tough and very edgy and definitely a walk on the wilder side of MC Romance.

If you answered yes to at least 2 of these. then read this book.
Harlow is fucking awesome! I mean she seriously goes against the men in the boxing ring! Blow for blow. and that's how she falls for Cruz.
It has all the elements a great MC book needs. Rivalry, revenge, sex, dominating men, kidnapping, retaliation, Happy ever afters, serious moments.
Read it.

Wow. This book had so much going on. I felt like there was never a moment of peace from start to finish. Literally.
This book dealt with:
Drugs
Revenge
Retaliation
Jealousy
Spies planted in certain places
Drinking
Lots of sex
Baby momma drama
Prison for the falsely accused
Rape
Kidnapping
Shootings
Killings
Bounty on someones head
Beatings/Fights
Strip Club
A scary hospital stay
Loads of injuries
Fighting it out in the Ring
Tortures
Siblings not talking to each other (for a dumb reason I say)
Lies
Betrayals
Stupid Biker men thinking you could be a whore (That's a few times for that confusion....)
exhausting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
As for the couple, I couldn't even connect with them. I couldn't even believe that their love connection was real. They spent more time:
1. Screwing
2. Being in danger
3. Him being on runs a lot
4. Dealing with his baby's momma drama
5. Her drama
6. Being up set with her
7. Drinking
8. Him bossy and commanding her around all the time
9. Her fighting to be an old lady for a short time....
So tell me, how in the world, in all of that, do you feel a real love connection?? So when the I Love You's came out I just didn't buy it.
Plus, he basically claims her as his old lady the very first day he meets her! Seriously?
Now, when she says she loves his son, that I buy. She spent more time with his son then he did. If the son wasn't with Harlow aka Princess, then he was with her Ma. I only saw Cruz with his son when he was at the club saying good-night, goodbye or good-morning. I hardly saw him have a long period of hang out time with him.
There were 4 people, who I guessed easily, that were Harlow's main contenders for her troubles. As for Harlow, none of these troubles were fully her fault. One problem built up to all of her other problems. Basically, it was a domino effect. I say only one was directly her fault, in a indirect way. It's the main reason for all of her other issues. However, no one would have ever guessed and neither did I until it came out. And really, it was just a stupid reason that cause the MC LOADS of drama. Even in one of the chapel meetings one of the bikers points out that all of their chapel meetings center around Princess. Which is true. I think that MC would have been bored the whole book if Princess hadn't come home.
Also, there were a few things I just didn't like. One being how she likes getting off while on the back of a motorcycle, literally. One time she lets the whole club watch her do that. Really?
Also, a lot of things went down and yet we didn't get full details on things...somethings were just skimmed or skipped.
All in all.... I felt like Harlow was supposed to be a badass but it can't be true b/c she lets Cruz boss and command her around, and she just nods her head and says okay, which loses her badass persona, to me.

You just gotta love this bad ass biker princess! :)
MC romance novels are my thing and I liked this one.
It is a bit rushed at times, but main man Cruz reminds me so much of Jax Teller, I just had to give this book a 4 star rating.

I can totally see why this book has so many mixed reviews as it really brought out mixed feelings in me. I liked a few things but other parts i truly hated.
Princess; when I was first introduced to her character I thought she was pretty wicked. Fucking herself with/on bike was just ridiculously awesome in my opinion but that could be because I am pervert.. *shrug*.
As the book went on and there was more interactions/dialogue with her involved she started to grate on my nerves, it was clear she was meant to be a "badass" but I just found myself saying
and when she was showing us her sensitive side/that she wasn't so tough -to make her more likeable as a character I am guessing, I found myself thinking
I didn't feel sorry for her at all. I clearly did not click with her character. Her character was a mess in my opinion.
The relationship between the leads..
I honestly found myself wondering if I had missed something a few times. It wasn't even instant love as much as fucking nonsense.
My feelings about how the relationship progression in this story..
In the end there was too much bullshit & unlikely stuff that I just couldnt get over nor believe would ever happen.
I felt sometimes that the author coulda had a checklist in front of her when writing this for all the things that are cool in book world at the moment; "abused heroine" check "alpha male" check "motorcycle club" check - etc.
I would not recommend this book but I would possibly read more by this author - never say never, I say ;)

3.5 stars. Anyone that knows me knows that I'm an INSTA-love kinda girl. I love books with it. They make me happy lol. BUT this book is hyper speed. The H sees the h kick some ass and throw some sass and he immediately knows he wants her for his ol' lady. Cruz was still an amazing H for me. I loved how he loved Harlow. Harlow was cool but maybe a little to badass for me. She did have a vulnerable sweet side too which I liked. I still liked the book though and loved the world building. I still want to continue this series to see what happens in the secondary characters books. One aspect I ADORED (especially since this is an MC book) is there is no cheating whatsoever. This was recommended to me because of that and I'm looking forward to the rest of the series.

Ok, now that we have that out the way...Harlow (my new book gf) has spent the past two years in prison..probably fighting off Berta's and all. Her dad is the VP of the Ravage MC. She is stuck behind bars for a crime she didn't commit and it's now two years later and she is coming out.
The first thing she does? Rides her boyfriend, and I mean SERIOUSLY Rides her Boyfriend!!
The gif is not that good, she actually rides while getting off with the whole MC looking on... no shame in her game!!! Now I'm sorry this is all after she breaks a prospects nose for calling her a whore!
So, then she gets a gun pulled on her by our delicious hero Donavon ‘Cruz’.. Cruz is captivated by our beautiful Princess and he is ready to do anything to get her in his bed.. Of course he wouldn't want her? She is toughas nails, doesn't take crap from anyone, on top of being hot!
However, Princess doesn't mess with a brother, she doesn't mess with anyone associated with the MC life style, she never has and never will. She does have this two year itch that needs to be scratched but she is thinking more of a one nighter with some random..
Throw in a posessive alpha male, a beautiful little mini Cruz, a crazy as shit babymama, a distant brother, a beautiful best friend, a crazy as shit girl who is jealous, and a bunch of loony bikers after her and you have got yourself a hell of a ride. I know I did!!!!

Introduction
Ravage Me is a story that was recommended to me by a friend on Instagram. I had been looking for some gritty MC romance and I can safely or unsafely say, that I most definitely found it. Lately I have seen so much tame MC romance and when I read MC romance sometimes I want the edge and grit to it. I so was looking for some Joanna Wylde vibes and I absolutely found it with this one here. I was so drawn into this story, and yeah we get lots of angst, tension and alpha goodness from both the hero and heroine! And it kicks booty y'all. Now it wasn't a perfect read, but it was so entertaining and definitely what I was looking for.
Summary
The set up of the story is that our heroine has just been released from prison, after being accused of a crime she didn't commit. But she grew up in the Ravage MC and she knows the MC life and she is willing to make whatever sacrifices she needs to for her club even if she can never be fully part of it. She is the daughter to the VP of the club and knows what her sacrifice means. Now she has freedom, and she runs into a brother she doesn't know.....Donavan "Cruz" and tensions rise between them. There is a powerful chemistry between them, but Harlow is determined NEVER to be with a brother. She made a vow never to step over that line. But Cruz is determined to show Harlow who is boss and that they are worth fighting for. He has responsibilities to the club and to his son, but Harlow is a woman worth keeping no matter her reservations. But there is a plot to put Harlow back in prison, and it will take the whole club working together to make sure that doesn't happen.
My Outlook
This book was definitely full of grit! If you like your MC really edgy, then this author is a must read for you. Its definitely edgy and violent....SO VIOLENT! Just fair warning before reading this one, that it definitely has darker elements when it comes to vengeance and the hard life of the MC. But I absolutely loved it at the same time. We have characters that are both hard. Harlow and Cruz are both alphas and so they clash. haha But what I really loved the most, was seeing the softer side to their characters. In the quiet moments of them together, is where their intimacy really blossoms. Cruz is a single dad and when we see Harlow with his 2 year old boy, MY HEART!! She just changes for this precious little child who is so curious and has so much love for Harlow. And what she will do to protect him, just won me over so easily. I love that we see another side to Harlow grow....she still kicks ass though! haha The hero is UBER ALPHA. So if you like that vibe, then you definitely gotta grab this one up here.

Another reread via audiobook from scribd. This is Harlow and Cruz’s story. Harlow is the daughter of the club VP and known as the club princess. The book opens with her being released from prison after being set up for a crime she didn’t commit. She soon runs into Cruz who was patched in while she was away. I have mixed feelings, there’re yummy parts… but it also leaves an aftertaste. For example…
➕ We dive right into the deep end which is great for impatient readers… but ❌ not great for readers not interested in an instant-love connection.
➕ We have a strong h. Harlow is tough and takes zero shit from anyone… but ❌ it’s oversold (extreme and unrealistic) which makes things veer into 🙄🙄 territory. (Like- her constantly jumping into the ring to box with men twice her size)
➕There’s plenty of action danger… but ❌ the cause is farfetched and silly. (Like- badass biker clubs would go to war over chick beef)
Bottom Line- It felt like the author couldn’t find a lane or was trying to appeal to everyone, so there’s conflicting “feels” going on which made it super hard for me to find a groove. Great read if you’re just looking for a safe, soap opera-esque biker romance, but not-so-much if you’re in the mood for a gritty, realistic romance.

Harlow is free at last. But coming home there are a lot of new brothers in the club and one she can't seem to get out of her head. He's relentless, demanding, infuriating. He's sexy as sin and she wants to jump him and run all at once. Harlow is one badass mofo. I freaking love her kick butt attitude. She knows where she stands in the club. She knows when to stand down, who to respect and who to kicks butt. I love her fierce protectiveness and he fact she doesn't let anyone scare her. She's the perfect woman. And Cruz is one hot biker and the fact he sees her fierceness as something to be admired and hot as hell, I respect that. The sex was hot, the love for each other romantic with some badassery thrown in. And the issues of so many plot twists had me turning the page and never putting this book down. Can't wait to read about the rest of the bikers.

One other note, because I know some readers avoid books with this set-up: the hero in this book has a very young son, who begins calling the heroine "Mommy" within days of meeting her, shunning his biological mother who's setup to be a Very Bad Slut Mother.

2.5 RATING- This was a miss for me. There were some good one liners but they were the highlight of the book. The bones of the story had potential and the alternating points of view for most of the chapters could have worked well. Unfortunately the story fell flat and i didn't find each characters perspective very interesting. The characters lacked any real dimension and at times the book seemed like a bad biker soap opera.
I'm a huger biker/MC fan but I wouldn't recommend this being at the top of your TBR list unless you just don't have any other options. It wasnt terrible but just missed its mark. I'd hesitate to read anymore in this series based off this book.

I just finished Ravage Me and I absolutely LOVED IT! What a wild ride and it would be worth every single penny! This of course is a biker series, seems to me it is the big thing now. I have read some good ones, not so good ones and some great ones. This is one of the greats for me. Harlow AKA Princess has just gotten out of prison doing time for something she did not do. She wants revenge. I dont blame the girl. Growing up with her Dad being VP for Ravage MC's can do that to you. This is were she meets Cruz. Cruz is a brother for the Ravage MC and has been there for a couple years. He is a hard man and he sees something in Princess and he wants her for himself, declaring her his old lady. She has promised herself that she will not or will ever be with a brother. But what happens when you cannot help but want to be with him? There is so much that is going on in the club, what comes first. Love or Revenge? You will have to read and see.

This book has a lot of qualities I love about a book.
strong heroine, super alpha male, MC, heroine that has motherly instincts, heroine that can kick ass, and of course characters that don't cheat on each other!!
Harlow/ Princess has been in jail for the past 2 years for something she didn't do. She comes out of prison, and she intends on getting her revenge for those who have set her up. She goes back home to her family, her MC family. Her father, Pops, is the vice president of the club.
Cruz came into the club when Harlow was still in jail. Seeing her for the first time, shocked him. He never expected someone of her character to be so luring to him. He immediately wants to claim her, but Princess has this "no fucking brothers" rule.
I loved this book, hands down. I can honestly find myself going back to this book when I'm bored and need something to re-read.
There's amazing characters in here, and I can't wait to read about G.T and Casey's story.

Pops barked at the men, but none of them seemed to move, surprising me. G.T. and Pops made a quick exit. I shook my head, swallowing my laughter.
Getting back to the task at hand, I felt my body almost there. My hips rubbed back and forth on the seat, feeling my strong man taking care of me. Closing my eyes, the hot rush of feelings took over while I continued rocking back and forth. I didn’t give two shits if the guys were there. I’ve seen them do more garbage in that clubhouse than I’d care to mention.
Sparks flew through my body, and my breath became sparse. Throwing my head back, I enjoyed the feelings racing through my body. Damn, I loved my man. Opening my eyes, every eye in the room was staring at me, and I couldn’t help the amusement coursing through me. I shut down Sting and pulled myself off of him, feeling my damp panties rubbing against my jeans, making me smile. I needed to take him out for a ride very soon.
“Damn girl.” My eyes landed on Zed’s wide grin. My eyes traveled down his body appraisingly. I could see a very large bulge trying to bust through his leathers. I loved that I had this effect on the guys. I may not sleep with them, but teasing never hurt anyone.
Nodding to his dick, “You may need to have that taken care of.”
“You wanna do it?” He took a step closer to me grabbing his dick. His hair was the color of muddy water, cut short in a buzz and eyes as dark as midnight penetrated me. His solid build was intimidating to most, but not me.
“In your dreams,” my voice said sternly, brushing past him, making sure my arm grazed him just enough to get a reaction out of him.

“I am, too.” His eyes found mine as the words flowed from this mouth. The woman grabbed his arm tighter, but my thoughts drifted to the intense kiss that he gave me just a while ago, and my face flushed.
“Good. Let’s go back and fix that,” she purred loud enough for everyone to hear, but I was sure it was a show for me.
“We’ll see. I’ve gotta see if someone else will help, first.”

2.5-3 Crazy Biker Stars!!
okay I think this is the first MC book I have read so I have nothing to compare it to so I have decided to check out a few more when i have the time.Anyone want to recommend some of their favs? I'm up for that.There was a lot of things I was like whaaat?! Most of them regarding the rules of the club.

“I may have a pussy, but I ain’t one. I’ve got bigger balls than most guys out there. Even though I’ll never be a member of the club, because it’s not possible, I always hold my head up high.."
When she comes back to the club to meet her family she has a run in with Cruz who she hasn't met before. He takes a liking to her,okay that's an understatement its basically instant love which I didn't really get.He hardly knew her i found that weird and then he decides to act like she is his and no one else can have her.Its like uhmm..does she even have a choice here?
"Princess" has a rule though, she doesn't sleep with brothers, no way does she want to be a club whore.Being around the club her whole life she has seen most of the guys do their worst and there has been a lot of cheating.She can't put up with that and cant risk the tension that would ensue if she was with a brother and things went bad.She wont share her man and will never be just a piece of meat any of the brother can take from.
Cruz doesn't chase after women, none have ever mattered to him.The ups and turns in his life have left him pretty alone but joining the club changed things.He fits in here and somehow he knows that Harlow fits into his life.he wont let her get away now he has to get her to see things his way, see how good they would be together.

I liked how Harlow was respected by all the guys in a way because of the way she was. They are all like family to her and they would do anything to protect her.
I'm all for badass heroines but I don't know why Harlow's inner dialogue just annoyed me at times. I think by the ending i kind of warmed up to her but I just felt something missing.I felt like things moved way too quickly with the relationship between Cruz and Princess to other aspects of the book.I didn't feel much of a connection between Cruz and Harlow which left me rather disappointed.

I think by the ending i kind of warmed up to her but I just felt something missing.I felt like things moved way too quickly with the relationship between Cruz and Princess to other aspects of the book.I didn't feel much of a connection between Cruz and Harlow which left me rather disappointed.

Hi! My name is Tessamari and I love badass Biker books.
Alright, alright. Please forgive me for that. Then again, I can’t help my tastes. I saw this on FB and I couldn’t say no. I mean, have you seen that cover? Exactly. So I figured if I was in the mood for a Biker book, I might as well check this one out, especially since this author’s last book earned a solid four stars from me. In regards to this book, this was a pretty entertaining.
She was everything I never knew I wanted in a woman. She was strong, fierce, smart-assed, loving.
After serving two years in prison, a place she does not want to ever go back, Harlow is looking forward to her life back at the Ravage MC. Being the daughter of the Vice President, Harlow has always been the MC’s Princess, but she definitely doesn’t act like one. Although she is known as Princess around the MC, her actions are from it. She knows how to fight, shoot and ride. She loves the MC life, though she knows she’ll never be patched in. She knows this life and accepts it. The one rule she has is to never sleep with a brother; it only leads to complication and a reputation she does not want. But when Cruz meets her, he immediately wants her and will do anything to have her.
When she climbed on her bike and fucked it in front of all of us brothers, I almost came in my damn pants. That was the hottest fucking thing I’d ever seen
Harlow is unlike any woman Cruz has ever met; he has definitely met his match. The only problem is that she’s very adamant about the no fucking brothers rule. However it doesn’t take long for the two to connect. As a matter of fact, Harlow tries to put up a front, but it’s all for nothing. Cruz definitely gets under her skin. But he isn’t the only one after her. Harlow’s life is in danger. The woman who set her up and landed her in prison is once again after her. Her life is one big hot mess.
Surprisingly this book wasn’t as predictable as I had originally thought. Yes, the relationship between Harlow and Cruz was inevitable, but there were a lot of other things happening within the story itself. It kept me entertained and I just loved how Cruz protected what was his. I’m really liking that each book will be about a different couple and I’m really looking forward to reading G.T. & Casey’s story. Well done, Ms. Michele.

1 star for "effort" which involved a danger element, with raw aspects of the life and an alright formula to the plot
1 star for the heroine, "Princess", who "got her knuckle ON", her revenge and then some
Some readers will appreciate the badass heroine of this motorcycle club drama, and some will like the typical biker elements that are woven into the plot. Me? What did I think?....Meh.
The conflict was a little...shallow. Nothing to hold me.

Meh, it was OK. I didn't like the almost instalove and felt there wasn't enough chemistry for me to feel deeply connected to the characters.
'Princess' continually beating the shit out of everyone didn't help either, but I get she was meant to be a badass so I'll let that one go.

Ravage Me delivered a heck of a steamy, original, bada** biker chick book. This story offered a completely different take on any MC book I have read in the past, and I absolutely loved it.
Harlow is the VP’s daughter of the Ravage MC. She has been raised in this lifestyle her whole life. She knows the MC way of life and she knows that women have their place. She has vowed to never get involved with a brother, she will never be considered a club whore. That is until she is released from behind bars and meets Cruz. Her well thought out, life-long plan quickly goes to hell.
Cruz has become a member of the MC in the two years Harlow has been inside. Once he lost his mom to cancer he found a new family with his brothers. He has heard stories about the club Princess, but nothing can prepare him for the real deal. He is quick to claim her as his own. This begins his biggest challenge; getting her to realize she is a claimed woman and give in to her deepest fears and desires.
I absolutely loved the relationship between these two. She is a very strong character who is capable of holding her own in any situation. Cruz accepts and loves how tough she is, mentally and physically. She tries her hardest to be the kind of ol’ lady Cruz will be proud of. They really work together to be what the other needs and wants. Another thing I loved about their relationship was how committed they were to each other. They stayed strong throughout the entire book. Their faithfulness was never an issue in this story. They had plenty of other issues to keep them busting their asses, no time to worry about that too.
I am a big fan of adding kids into a romance story. The addition of Cruz’s son, Cooper, just added another layer of spark. His story not only added new drama to the storyline, but with him being included it lets you see the caring and nurturing side of Harlow. This badass, sexy, strong, sassy, witchy woman has another side to her that is reserved for this little boy she loves and claims as her own.
This was a great start to what is guaranteed to be an exciting series. Strong characters, non-stop action, suspense, MC revenge, and then throughout all the drama is a deep burning love story wrapped around it all.

Ravage Me is a good MC book. Not the best I've ever read but it's good. It starts of with Harlow "Princess" our heroine in jail. She's the daughter of the VP from the Ravage MC. Her whole she's grown up with a MC family and has become as hard as nails as her lifestyle. During the two years Harlow was in jail, Cruz became a patched member of the club. Upon returning home, Cruz and Harlow meet in a big way. Harlow manages to completely stun both Cruz and the reader. She's a product of her environment and makes no qualms about it. I really liked her. She's made a pact with herself that she'd never be with a brother but the instant physical connection with Cruz has completely unnerved Princess. Cruz claims her almost immediately. Their a great match and the story surrounded them is interesting with a few plot twists and turns that made for a good story. All the secondary characters and other members of the MC are good as well. The changes that Harlow goes through through her blossoming relationship with Cruz are great and she still maintains the bad ass part of herself. He loves her more for it. Some parts of this are rushed I thought and the instant love/relationship between the two characters is a lot but overall it's entertaining enough for sure. This book sets up for a sequel between Harlow's brother, GT, and her friend, Casey. I can't wait to see what their deal is with each other, we got glimpses of it here. I'm also interested to see where Cruz and Harlow go from the ending of Ravage Me.

Lets start off by saying that this is going to be one of the best MC series out there.... If this is just the first book,then hell I don't even know what to say....this book just blew me away....
What I loved the most about this book is the heroine - Harlow a.k.a Princess..... This chickie does not need a big strapping alpha male to come and save her...she freaking does it herself... I mean seriously this girl can hold her own....she is bad ass!!!
I loved Cruz too. I loved the way he just takes over. In 24 hours he had literally declared her his "old lady"... I mean this dude, does not hold back... He just literally takes what he wants...
Together, along with Cruz's son Cooper they are the perfect little family and I loved every single minute of this book. I did not want it to end.... I cannot wait till the next book. Like literally hold my breath cant wait....

I have to say that Princess is the shit!! Total badass!! Cruz was awesome too! I liked that there wasnt as much relationship drama but more situational. Its nice to read about a couple who has each others backs the whole time shit is raining down around them.. Loved it!!!

Harlow "Princess" Gavelson has been released from prison and is looking for revenge from the woman who set her up. First thing first though she is going home to the Ravage MC where her father is VP of. She wants to let loose and have some fun reuniting with her family. What Harlow doesn't need is an alpha biker man named Cruz who seems to want to claim her as his own. Lines are crossed and Cruz is determined that he wants Harlow as his old lady, Harlow though grew up in this lifestyle and has seen the good, the bad and the ugly when it comes to old ladies and she is not wanting to be on the ugly side. Cruz knows he needs to build Harlow's trust in him but with a threat looming and Harlow's safety in jeopardy he has to pull all stops with the hard headed woman who has more than proven she is able to take care of herself. Can he do it?
Loved this, was not sure I would like this one because it is a storyline I have not really explored much with Harlow being in prison. The story kicks off with a bang and does not stop until the very end. Great series, chemistry is through the roof. Highly entertaining.

While there are many things I can say about this book overall I enjoyed it. For some reason I couldn't get into this book the first time I read it. This time I had no problems but it proves that MC books are not only not for everyone, there are some like me who need to be in a certain mood to read them. (This review is a jumbled mess of my brain spitting out thoughts not my random reviews so be warned!!!)
One thing I always dislike about these books is the way they treat women. It's like MC books are man whore's to the max and then some since often they all 'share' the club sluts, excuse the language. Well one thing I 100% loved about this book was how much of a badass Harlow was. In many ways she had more balls and badassery in her than half of the pledged club members.
Harlow has spent two years in jail. Not two pleasant years even if they weren't as bad as they could have been. When she is released, she is beyond determined to seek revenge on the 'bitch' that got her locked up. While this is a main part of the plot, there are many beyond this.
I don't want to delve into the plot too much because that's what all the other reviews do. I instead want to focus on the unfairness of the MC especially when it comes to Harlow. Sure I'm a feminist in real life and when it comes to books nothing makes me happier than a strong heroine, particularly one who can stand up to a man without thought. Harlow is that badass and more. She was raised in the club life so she understands it. (I have problems with the secrecy of so much revolving around her and keeping her out the loop.) Let's be clear that Harlow does nothing to disrespect the lcub, she's 99% a member without the verbal statement and tattoos/MC cut. This girl suffers so much and always puts the club first. While they protect her and such I really 100 no 1000 percent wanted her to be initiated into the club. Why the fuck not? She was more hardcore and scary than the other members. In fact the only thing separating her from the guys was her vagina. She could take them in the ring, was a better shot, loved her bike, owns a strip club, fucks who she wants and says whats on her mind.
Excuse the ranting. I think maybe I've read too many MC books at this point. We all love Sons of Anarchy but the women are so disposable and easy to come by I personally find it hard to find these romances long lasting be it other men/women or death that separates them. For a change I'd like to see a woman MC or an MC who doesn't give two shits about what everyone thinks and actually utilizes women and maybe for change considers them equals. We all know women can be evil, hell we can take more pain and lie in wait than men understand. So authors take note, I'd like a change. I'd like a female character actually a replica or Harlow because I love her, who decides to start her own MC or hell gives the men no choice but to include her. Harlow has the club in her blood, it's who she is and what's she been raised in. She does and continues to do too much for the club for her to just be told everything is club business. We all know she can run the show, it'd be a nice change for a female MC or even an MC that includes some bad ass chicks and hey you can still make her/them a damsel in distress at some point if need be!!!
Ravage Me was a complex MC read with some seriously badass characters. Men you want to jump and women you want to be. MC fans will easily be sucked into the familiar world and newbies will have an eyeopening experience to this world where the club is your life and everything else comes secondary!
And on a side note I will say I am extremely happy to have one of my pet peeves not included. When we start a novel, the introduction of the characters is what helps us decide if we like them. It paves the way for the entire book. Well I hate absolutely abhor when the male lead is caught sleeping with someone else in any function. While we hear about Cruz's manwhore ways we don't have to see it and for that I am grateful. Hearing is one thing but seeing and then delving into a relationship makes it hard as a reader to follow but this book was truly well written and each character was given enough light to share their individual qualities and not only make them believable but likable too!!!
