When Nora Ephron published her collection of essays called, "I Feel Bad About My Neck," 'The Flavor of France' became relevant again. To quote Ms. Ephron the recipes are "simple and foolproof." My recommendation? Please begin with the chocolate mousse; you won't be disappointed!

Beautifully done with exquisite photos and easy to read (and prepare) recipes. My two editions are from the early 1960s.
