While the artwork was mediocre, the story was actually a lot of fun. A teenaged girl accidentally gets super powers and with them decides to do...not much, really. She doesn't want to be a superhero, and only circumstances and an evil substitute teacher force her to change her mind.
Four stars for the story, two stars for the art, averaging three.
