This is a good book for megachurches to get an idea of how to build a girls ministry. Not a lot of awareness for the other 95% of churches that can't do half of these ideas. There are many good ideas that can be adapted for smaller churches without 30 volunteers begging to make goodie bags and decorate churches for events.

Good ideas. Good attitude. Well written. Worth reading for new ideas for events and ministry.

Some stuff was pretty self-explanatory, but over all had some cute ideas for activities for girls in youth group.
