A bit wordy, but a good explanation of weightlessness. Illustrations are cartoony, but saved by some delicate filigrees.

Excellent intro to weight and gravity; expands on the idea of orbit that the kids learned in their beginning geography lessons.

Great for jumping off into conversations on mass, tides, etc.

We're using it for our boys who are 7 and 9 years old.
