So far I've made peach preserves, tomato jam, zucchini roast corn salsa, and I'm working now on plum jam. This book is not the run-of-the-mill canning book, it's a little gem. It takes you past the basic tomatoes and pickles into baby beets and raspberry pickles or fig jam with lemon zest. Brett's Food Choice Award..
