Contains a good variety of recipes for the standard breads as well as novel options for new flavors and varieties. Now that the days and nights are gradually cooling, I’m starting to feel cozier and homier, and I find myself in a quick bread baking mood. So far, I’ve tried the Orange Yogurt Bread and the Pumpkin Cranberry Nut Bread, next up is either the Raspberry Banana Bread or the Zucchini Cheese Bread.

This is a nice book to browse for ideas that go beyond the usual white bread, banana bread, or blueberry muffins. Whether you want to bake something fragrant, comforting, or gratifying, each time you look through this you’re sure to find several appealing possibilities.
