Enjoyed this book! Of course, I WOULD! tHERE'S A DOG, aXEL IN IT!!!... Liked Selena & Quinn. Although, Selena ended up driving me CRAZY with her independence. Independence IS GOOD. But she took it to extreme. Quinn reminded me of a 'caucasian' Cesar Milan' aka 'Dog Whisperer.LOVED selena and her son Drew's relationship. And later, Quinn and Drew's. I also liked that even though, it's a Harlequin book, the sex scene was VERY subtle. Not explicit like Harlequin is a lot of times known for. This book also made me want to visit San Fransico. And WISH I could roller skate and be a part of the Midnight Rollers. LOL!...Good book!!!

I'm not sure what annoyed me about this book, but I just spent most of the time reading sort of annoyed at the plot and characters. Perhaps there was too much give-and-take between the main characters, or Selena was too annoying in her insistance to hold out, but either way it wasn't exactly what I wanted at the time.

It was a cute story and nice romance, but I just didn't meld with the book.
