Decent textbook. The first third it, though an important introduction to Business Communications, could've been condensed a bit better (with the caveat that I was reading with my own students' needs in mind). It's the more practical lessons in the middle to the end that are quite excellent. Surprisingly, the sections on public speaking are even better than the text I had used for an entire Public Speaking course.
