I want to try making my own pie crusts... I've always bought it premade from the store. This provided some very good instruction on how to make various pie crusts. There's also a peanut butter one in here that I'm dying to try.

My, oh my it's gotta be PIE!

Nice collection of pie recipes. Step by step instructions as well as pictures help make pie baking a breeze.

I also recommend the Hoosier Mama Book of Pie by Paula Haney. Great.
