A short sweet story. I loved it! I loved how protective and possessive he was.
It's about Drake and Summer.
She's a nurse and he's the new EMT who recently transferred to Hilton Head's Fire Rescue.
Her best friend, Tori, was her only family until Drake. She's been fantasizing about him but didn't want to make a move. She caught his attention the first time he saw her but every time they saw each other, something terrible was going on because the only times they saw each other were at the hospital for work.
When they met at the beach, he knew it's his chance to ask her out and get to know her.
It has lovely epilogues. It was heartbreaking and sweet.

Loved the MC's. The love they have for each other is portrayed so very nicely and no one else exists for either of them once they set eyes on each other. However, I can't wait to read about the secondary characters, hopefully coming soon. Great lead in for future stories.

I enjoyed this first installment of the Forever Safe Summer Series. Drake is a total alpha male, combined with being a man in uniform, super hot! A little bump in the road for Drake and Summer for lack of communication. Really good Summer read!

Summer is an ER Nurse and Drake is an EMT. When they are both at the beach one beautiful day, Drake seizes the chance to ask her out. Hot couple! Drake is protective, possessive and Summer is a sweetheart. The epilogues with 6 kids and pregnant heroine plus an adopted child are adorable!

Loving Summer is everything I love about Elisa Leigh and MK Moore. These ladies know how to bring the heat and the intensity. Drake has had his eye on Summer since the moment the EMT walked into the ER. That same attraction has kept Summer volunteering in the ER, hoping for a glimpse of him. When they are both at the beach one beautiful day, Drake seizes the chance to ask her out. When attraction explodes into possessive passion, love is the reward. This was a seriously smoking hot read, I loved it so much. Drake is protective, possessive and I have a serious crush on him. Summer is a sweetheart, so sunny in personality. The epilogues were the icing on the cake and brought some serious feels. 5 stars for Loving Summer!

Loving Summer is book one in the forever safe romance series. This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in less than an hour and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters loveable and the storyline enjoyable.
There was a moment of confusion early on. Summer and Drake bonded over being only children yet in the next chapter Drake mentioned having and younger sister. Other than that, I found this story an easy read.
The chemistry between Drake and Summer was clear to see and I liked them as a couple. I loved how possessive Drake was of Summer.

I’ve been looking forward to reading the forever safe romance series. The fact that two of my favorite authors wrote a book together was something I needed to read as soon as possible. Let me just start by saying that the book was amazing. Out hero was possessive and he made sure our heroine knew how much he loved her. Summer and Drake were the perfect start to an amazing safe series. This book is filled with sweetness and amazing epilogues and it is completely safe. I can’t wait for Tori’s story and every other book from this series

Loving Summer is the first book in the Forever Safe series and it definitely is starting the series of right. Drake and Summer meet at the beach but they saw each other for the first time while working. Both too busy to talk. They are attracted to each other from the start. There are some minor hurdles for them to jump through to make it to their happily ever after. And oh my goodness the second epilogue is so heartbreakingly sweet it made me cry.

Can i say Summer was one of the most stupidest and annoying heroines I had ever read???? She really PISSED ME OFF. 🙄🙄🙄
She was fk annoying, and her friend Tori was fk stupid as hell. I hate so much when Summer lies to Drake when she went to the bar with Tori, and dancing like….and she was almost raped by the guy in the bar.
GEEEEEEZ, i hated her so much. She didn’t deserve Drake. She was a troublemaker making unnecessary stupid things happened.
She was bullshit. No offense, if you don’t like my review, just leave.
I hate heroine went to the bar and dance and lied to hero about this, let alone she almost get herself raped. If she cared about H, she wouldn’t have done something like this.

Another InstaLove hit from these two authors. Summer is an ER Nurse and Drake is an EMT, when these two lock eyes over an accident that it the beginning of their forever. Both too shy to make initial contact while in the work place, but at a chance meeting on their off day they finally get to connect. Drake takes hold of Summer and does not let go, he know that she will be his everything and he will do whatever it takes to keep his woman. Luckily for him that works for Summer as he is exactly what she needs. Love this story and can’t wait to read more with this series.

Ugh...
In short stories one of my biggest pet peeves is the constant disregard for grammar, spelling, and word choice. There were so many times in this one that there were words missing or repeated.
Then to add in the fact that I guess the authors forgot important information about their characters because at the beginning Drake was an only sibling like Summer (although Summer was raised in the foster system). Then later he has a sister who was stalked and he has to constantly worry about her. So which is it?
The overall story was okay. Wasn't too big on the little bit of domination the authors tried to add into the story.

Liked alot
Really enjoyed story. Summer and Drake are great. Felt story was well done, it managed to incorporate a depth to it and the characters without feeling too brave with tried dramas added like other stories with a short length do trying to pack in something to create conflict I guess. But it does work, and after reading this I was able to pinpoint the difference as to how those fall flat, and don't work in making a more dynamic enjoyable story like we get here. I can't exactly described what or how these authors do to create that satisfying depth in here, so you'll just have to read to find out!

Starting With a Bang
Elisa and MK have started the Forever Safe series off with a great read for the beginning of Summer. Drake sees Sumner in the ER but never gets the chance to talk with her. Once he sees her at the beach there is no turning back from the Insta love between them. If you have not read Elisa Leigh or NO Moore this is a great book to start with and then you will want to go and download some more. They will soon become some of your favorite Authors

These characters are relatable, partly because I’m a nurse & I loved reading their interactions at the hospital. Another great read from this author! Looking forward to the next book!

This is a beautiful story!
I love the story of Summer and Drake. They first see each other in the emergency room at the hospital that Summer works at as a nurse. Not Sure
There were some inconsistencies. An example is in the beginning Drake mentions that he was an only child but when the wedding planning starts he mentions his sister coming in town to help set up. The beginning attraction was obvious but the crazed possessiveness was a bit much.

Loving summer is a great insta love book to read. Summer and Drake both having a crush on each other from afar. When they meet the instant chemistry they share and whirlwind relationship is awesome. Highly recommend reading this book.
