I read this specifically for the Venom story I keep hearing about all the time on Tumblr. I'll just say there's no other way to interpret THAT moment between Eddie and the symbiote. Anyway. That was something.

The Wolverine story was slow, but steady. Didn’t do much for me. The Venom story was interesting and weird. Not quite sure what to make of it, but better than the Wolverine one.
The treasure was the Nightcrawler story. I am assuming it takes place around Excalibur 16 based on costumes. This was the saving grace of the otherwise mundane collection. It tells you more about this world’s Irene Adler and her connection to Kurt. Kurt and Kitty’s friendship wins the day and the original Excalibur lineup makes an appearance. Seeing the fall of the Berlin Wall, and the way it happened, was amazing. Such a treat to see another Crosstime Caper story.

I'm here for the Excalibur homage. Just made me miss the original run more, sadly.

This could have easily been a 1 Star if it weren’t for the Wolverine story. It’s the only one I liked. The Night Crawler story made absolutely no sense and the Venom story was a waste.

I find it funny that people were mad about the movies being a "tentacle pr0n fest" when Eddie and Venom literally have s3x right here in the comics
