This book is very visual, it has pictures for everything and very pleasant to flip through. It is well structured and gives basic information for all aspects of dog care. It does not go into much detail but it just enough to get an idea of what care the dogs need. I will be using it for general reference and will research additional information in the web.

Good most definitely but not great. Although it's a joy just for the dog photography. Might be an idea to take out of the library to read, and then decide if you find it helpful enough to own your own copy.
