I love Richard Scarry's Busytown, but I had to halt as I read this to the kids because while cement is indeed gray, it is wet CONCRETE, not cement.

Color concept picture book with all the familiar Richard Scarry characters. Covers all the basic colors, not just primaries. Love Richard Scarry.
