I’m excited to dive into Dr. Kellyanne’s bone broth obsession. I hav reheard about the amazing benefits and just haven’t integrated into my diet. I LOVE the concept of this reset, as it is full with real foods!! After the holidays, my body will be thankful to be infused with some proper nutrition. I’ve seen many people complain that she is promoting her products, but come on people, who doesn’t??? She clearly tells you that you can but other products, just be sure they “don’t have this or that”....it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to look at labels. I also love the freebies that she has for people that actually read the book!
I'd been playing around with nutrition plans that focused on local grown, fresh organic foods and smaller portions, plus a food plan that would help with greater energy and improvement in skin, hair and nails--the great agers. I've been on her eating plan for a week and dropped 9 pounds. I've already ordered her other books from the library so I can create a recipe base for a more permanent cooking style. Since her recipes follow pretty much what I was doing anyway, but with adding collagen proteins and bone broth, I can say I only felt tired or mad dog starving about twice. This is a balanced eating plan you could stick with for the rest of your life, if you are so inclined. She also allows for slip ups or when you just can't eat at that same level. Next week I'll be moving away in part from smoothies, shakes and soups, so I'm looking foward to her next book. I may do another week of the cleanse if I can manage it, with maybe one or two meals where I can chew. Can you believe you could miss chewing? Excellent book for me. Not sure how it would work for others.

I was very enthusiastic about women’s efforts for beauty and this is a generation cleanse. You clean for good everything. 5 days is a good period for start but then the sensitivity and powerlessness starts. I am in the 7th day and I am waiting for body changes. My face is more beautiful and I can see that psychologically there is a lot to happen. Mark Hyman suggests food efficiency but drug detox. I try this book with meditation and I feel that my appetite comes and goes.
If you get stuck in a rut this gal and her program get you out of it in a healthy way. The recipes are easy and the fasting program is not hard...I made my own bone broth or bought it from amazon as well as the collagen. Highly recommend this book.
I did the Bone Broth Diet earlier this year & lost 28 pounds. Once the holidays hit I fell off the heathy wagon. I’m doing the cleanse & reset to jump start back to the original plan. Shakes & smoothies are delicious. Lots of recipes to choose from.
As a bone broth devotee, I was curious about Dr Kellyann’s newest book. Unfortunately I’ll never be a fan of smoothies, so this wasn’t for me. But I was encouraged to fine tune our healthy eating.
