लगभग 5 वर्ष के अंतराल के बाद यह विमल का कारनामा एक तूफान के आने जैसा है। जिस प्रकार से तूफान के आने से पूर्व शांति स्थापित हो जाती, सन्नाटा पसर जाता है कुछ वैसा ही 5 वर्ष के सन्नाटे के बाद यह उपन्यास क़हर बनकर टूटने वाला है।

दिल्ली के समसामयिक अपराध के केंद्र बिंदु में विमल और नीलम के शान्त जिंदगी में तूफान जब आता है तो विमल दिल्ली के अपराधियों पर क़हर बन कर टूटता है।

बेहतरीन चरित्र चित्रण, शानदार कथानक की प्रस्तुति, खुद को कहानी से जोड़ लेने वाला घटनाक्रम।

अगले भाग का इंतज़ार रहेगा जब घात के उत्तर में आघात और फिर प्रतिघात से हम पाठकों का सामना होगा।

I am not sure if this is authors' best work or mediocre but it was entertaining. Ofcourse there are double standards but it suits the kind of audience it is targeted for.

मैं बहुत ही संक्षिप्त में बात करूंगा .विमल का नया उपन्यास बहुत औसत लगा कहानी के तौर पर आजकल की ट्रेंड फ़िल्मों की tarah था जहां महिला पात्रों के साथ दुष्कर्म होकर गुजरता हैं और मुख्य पात्र उसका बदला.....उचित न्याय करता है. यहा परबलम कहानी की नही उसकी टरीटमेनट की है। वही फलोप फिलमो की तरह घीसापीटा और थकाऊ ऊबाऊ।हलाकी शुरूआती अपराध और उससे लडने के विमल के जज्बात के बिरूध उसको याद दिलाता संकल्प -प्रकरण मुझे पसंद आया

विमल का काफी समय से हो रहा इंतज़ार आखिरकार कहर से पूरा हुआ, विमल अपने उसी जलाल में दिखा जिसके लिए वो मशहूर है. एक बार में ही पठनीय. विमल ने तो कहर बरपाया ही साथ ही एक नया किरदार अल्तमश भी बड़ा बेहतरीन था. ज़रूर ज़रूर पढ़ें.

कहर एक शानदार कथानक है। विमल सीरीज के पिछले दो तीन उपन्यासों से बेहतर है। एक बैठक में पठनीय। कहानी विमल के सामान्य शहरी बनने के संघर्ष से शुरू होती है, शुरुआत से ही कहानी ऐसा बांधती है कि उपन्यास छोड़ते नही बनता।

लंबे अंतराल के बाद सोहल उर्फ विमल अपने पूराने जद्दोजलाल के साथ लौट आया है ...पाठक साहब ने कहानी भी मौजूदा माहौल के अनुरूप गढ़ी है और ऐन बैजा बैजा गढ़ी है... ऊपर से उनके अंदाजे बयां ने इस कहानी को भी बार बार पठनीय किताब बना दिया है !

ये वो विमल तो नही

बड़े बड़े सूरमाओं को मार गिराने वाले विमल को साधारण गुंडे सा व्यहवार शोभा नही देता विमल सीरिज की खासियत यही है कि वह थ्रिलर सा मज़ा देता है और उसमें अपराध और अपराधी होते है वरना नाम मे क्या रखा है।
