So we see everyone from the MC again and get to have Rabies story this time. This is a second chance story with a secret child involved. I have to say it has all the passion and heat that you will now expect from the men and women of the club. Patience may have no idea what she is getting into when she gets back together with Rabies, but neither did the others (except Bethany) so she is in great hands.
Rabies has a lot of time to make up. And this woman is all he wants now. But she also has a life without him. Hopefully, he can find a spot for himself in it.
Great story as always.

This is the 4th book in the Lucifer's Lair series.
This book is told in dual POV from Rabies (Brett), a collector for the Lucifer's Lair MC and Patience Monroe an international pop star with a diva of a little girl.
This is a great second chance romance.
Past: Brett Booker is a working as a landscaper at the Monroe home until he finally gets the call to go to duty. Patience Monroe is a child prodigy and her parents are pushing/grooming her to be a professional singer! While he is fighting with everything he has not put his hands on her body and kiss her lips…..she is doing everything she can to make him want to do those things. The summer passes by and sure enough love has captured both their hearts.
Jump ahead 5 years: Patience believes that Brett has been dead for 5 years, so imagine he surprise when he makes it known that he is alive and well. Rabies is now a part of the MC and has been looking for Patience for 5 years…imagine his surprise when he finally finds her and the daughter that she has!
I will say that this book packed a punch with the heartbreak, drama, crazy parents and let’s not forget about the sexual tension! They have five years worth of making up to do – think about that! Will these two be able to be reunited or will all the lies from the past keep them apart?
The downside to this book – for me – is that the ending left me with way to many questions. What happens with her parents? His parents? Does she get new bodyguards? What happens with this job as the collector of the club? Lots of unanswered questions for me.
Guess I will have to dive into book five to see what happens next in world of Lucifer's Lair MC. Maybe there will be some answers hidden in there.

Finding Patience was such a different story. Each and every one of Eden Rose's MC stories has a different twist that I'm not expecting. They don't follow the same pattern, and I love that.
This time we have a story that flips between the past and the present.
Two you people fall in love from different sides of the track. He's a landscaper who's enlisted in the service. She's a child prodigy whose parents are grooming her for big things. The unlikely pair falls fast in love, and get married before he ships off. The universe interferes with their romance and things happen. Fast forward 5 years and the man she thought had died for his country shows up to her concert after party, presumably going back from the dead.
Rabie can't believe it. He's been looking for Patience for five years. After getting injured overseas and waking up from a coma he's looked for his wife. Now he's found her, and she's a pop star with a five-year-old daughter! His daughter!
So much sexual tension and heartache along the way back towards each other.

A good read
The story line is believable and has room to expand. I enjoyed the different characters and their Ol' Ladies. I can see how every hot biker in The Lucifers Lair Chapter can have a story all of their own. The sex scenes are caliente.
Most of all I loved the relationship that Brett shared with Patience. The cover doesn't do justice to the image I have of Rabies, in my imagination.

Okay
This was book four of the series based on Brett and Patience. It was very different to the other books. The lack of action from the MC wasn't the same in my opinion. I liked Brett from the beginning , but I'm not completely taken with his book. something was miss for me and I just can't put my finger on it.

Although I enjoyed this book, I found myself a little lost as I have not read any of the previous books. It was a nice second chance romance but the editing of the book was a little off and seemed to jump it some spaces. Patience and Brett met five years ago and had a secret short lived romance that resulted in an adorable little girl. I hated his road name but loved the other characters.

Where’s the ending
I loved the book, but there was no ending. The stuff with the Dad, Mom, and body guards unresolved. The stuff about her career unresolved. I gave it your stars because I loved the book until the end. Finish your books.

The best
This is Rabies story. We find out he is married to a now superstar and does she have a surprise for him. Will he step up and do the right thing or will his past harm his chances of something really good. This book is my favorite.

Good stuff.
This one was actually pretty exciting. Bad guys in the shadows and finding out who your real family is and how hard you’re willing to fight for them. Excellent plot and well-executed story. Definitely a 1-click.

I could not finish this book. I loved that it was a second chance romance but it was a little over the top. Rabies seemed to be the life of the party through out the other books. He had his secrets but this way too much. The drama, the way Patience acted, and then the book just ended. I'm sorry, I hate to say this but this was not one of my favorite books from Ms Eden Rose. I loved all the others though.
