Found on a free site, its a good reference book. I have a few thoughts, however, the type of meat is repetitive, and i dont have access to duck or goose, so that cancels out a lot of possibilities, and i also wish that only the instapot was used, not the regular stove, too. A lot of us don't have one anymore.
