I'm certainly no poetry buff, but I learned of this book and the sad story involved. Emma Howell died tragically at the age of 20 and her parents put together this collection. I have to say that I wasn't expecting that much because of that, but I was wrong. These poems are quite moving and certainly show a depth of feeling not expected in someone so young. The title poem is especially heart wrenching.

hard to find proper words for the feelings this book evokes. joy, pain & everything in between. a gifted poet with her own voice, experiencing the world. i am glad this book lets others in on that voice.
