Book 3 in the Mom's Choice Award-winning Cats in the Mirror series. Jealousy is a festering emotion, and Miss Fatty Cat was wallowing in it. Boiling over with envy of the pampered and privileged life she thought Kimba and Hiro enjoyed--both on Earth and as members of the space-traveling cat royal family--Miss Fatty Cat enters into a partnership with the rebel group who opposes the monarchy. All of their treacherous plans fall apart when the family unexpectedly moves to Arkansas, but Miss Fatty Cat discovers that this is the perfect opportunity to help orchestrate a kidnapping of Kimba and Hiro while they are cut off from the protection of the Cats in the Mirror. If the sisters are stolen away, how will their human or alien cat families ever find them again? Some cats are born on Earth and never know who they really are. Others are sent. They are undercover for their years on Earth. They know who they are. They know that they are not from Earth at all. And they are part of a bigger plan.

Award-winning author, Meg Welch Dendler, does not disappoint in this, her third book in the Cats in the Mirror series, Miss Fatty Cat's Revenge!
In a house full of cats, with two kittens who seem to get all of the attention, there is one whose jealousy can no longer be contained. Day after day, as Miss Fatty Cat watches, Kimba and Hiro are pampered, crooned over and just plain spoiled. It isn't fair. It should be Miss Fatty Cat that gets all of the attention! Instead, Leia—the human girl—torchures her by wrapping her in blankets, locking her in her bedroom with her, and dressing her up—the most humiliating act of all. If only there was some way to knock the kittens down a peg or two—even have them disappear...
As a rebellious group of alien cats known as the League for Cat Equality—whose desire for democracy goes against the Cat's in the Mirror's present order—prepare to make a stand, Miss Fatty Cat sees her opportunity to act. Since the human family has moved them to a new house and the Cats in the Mirror have lost site of their new whereabouts, Miss Fatty Cat secretly works with a member of the League to have Kimba kidnapped. What happens next: the unfortunate danger Kimba is placed in; the intense search for Kimba; the realization of a traitor being among the Cats in the Mirror; and Miss Fatty Cat's eventual understanding of her place in the family, will change the course of the alien cats lives forever.
Meg Welch Dendler's polished writing will have fans glued to their seats to see the outcome of this latest tale. With pictures of the real cats she bases her story on included, Dendler creates a fantasy alien cat story unlike any other. It is no wonder she has won awards! With humanistic qualities, her feline characters come alive with all of the usual charm and intrigue she is noted for.
Miss Fatty Cat's Revenge is a fun and charming tale that will have readers questioning their own cats sly looks and supposed unassuming demeanors. Cat lovers of all ages will love this latest addition to the series set in the Ozarks of Arkansas! Recommended for all ages and libraries! Another 5 Star for Dendler!
Summary- In our world, all is not what it seems, especially when it comes to kitties! Did you know cats are actually space aliens living among us? Some realize their origin, while others just want ears scratched and tuna treats. Little do we humans realize there is a kitty command ship orbiting Earth watching some of the inhabitants…
Miss Fatty Cat is fed up with the kittens, Kimba and Hiro. They are spoiled, pampered, and attention-grabbing! Miss Fatty Cat gets no attention from Mama and Daddy (their humans). To make matters worse, Kimba and Hiro just found out they are royal daughters of the High Commander! And Miss Fatty Cat has had enough of it all. So, she agrees to help the evil rebel cats kidnap Hiro and Kimba, just so that she could get more attention from Mama and Daddy. And then it all goes downhill. Kimba goes missing during a transfer (teleporting)!
What I like about it- This is a really well done book. I think that it is pretty cool, in the sense of space-traveling cats with technology that surpasses ours. Plus, the title made me laugh out loud. The series is good, and consistent. I like that the characters’ have just the right amount of “maturing” throughout each book. Kimba and Hiro are nice characters that you care for, and you even understand how Miss Fatty Cat feels. Ms. Dendler really helps you get into the head of the characters! She has written a good, unique book! *NOTE* I got a free copy of this book in exchange for an honest review
Miss Fatty's Revenge is the third Cats in the Mirror book and the cats and family have moved and it is making things very difficult for all parties involved. Miss Fatty Cat can't connect with her Mirror colleagues, the kittens can't connect with them either and are afraid of being abducted by rebel cats, and the Mirror cats are worried about the kittens safety.
In this book, Miss Fatty Cat is tired of dealing with the kittens, Kimba and Hiro. They get all the attention and this house and family was supposed to be hers to enjoy on Earth and they are ruining all of her fun.
This was another fun book in the series. I found this one to be a lot more action packed than the previous installments, but still great. There was a lot of conflict that the kittens had to deal with and the scheming was clever and suspenseful.
As always, Dendler did a wonderful job making the cats very cat-like as well as characters in this grand story. I really like the mix of the sci-fi genre with a cast of cats - it makes for an interesting and playful plot every time.
Miss Fatty Cat’s Revenge by Meg Welch Dendler – I love the third book in a series. Honestly. I sit and get quickly comfortable reacquainting myself with the characters and setting. It was wonderful to return to Meg Welch Dendler’s world of cats. I was amused to read the story and see how the adventure developed. The premise of the book is that Miss Fatty Cat is sick of the kittens always getting attention when she feels ignored. She decides to partner up with a group that has nefarious plans for the future of earth. I liked how the setting changed a little since the family moved to a new house. It is always tumultuous moving to a new place and pets sometimes have a challenging time adjusting. Appreciated reading how Meg voiced the pet’s thoughts.Imagine being dropped into the middle of a liger’s cage. Don’t know what a liger is? Find out with Miss Fatty Cat’s Revenge! Recommended! This is a fun animal/science fiction series, enjoy it!
I love this series. It's fun to imagine what cats think about and that they actually inhabit a space ship when they're not cohabitating with humans. I definitely recommend this series for kids with cats.
It was cute. Not what I was expecting. I was hoping for it to be more like Rita Mae Brown. This is a youth fiction but was part autobiography of the authors move to a new state and part Star Wars meets Cats (musical). I'm sure I would have like it better had I known better what to expect. This is a series and I do appreciate that the author gives you a recap with out rewriting the last two books. If the author decides to write adult fiction I would give her another try.
"Miss Fatty Cat's Revenge", Book #3 in the 'Cats in the Mirror' series, gives the reader an uptick of what cats already know: they are destined to rule the world. But envy and jealousy also plays a part in their time on earth. Read and enjoy this book.
